Does this include edibles?

Asking for a friend. I have never touched the stuff in any form.

I don't believe anything anymore. I have a well balanced diet that looks like the new pyramid. I'm 82. No meds...I cut bak on meat...wound up with low b12...went back to my meat diet...beef, pork and chicken...fish, shrimp, pickled herring..with all the trimmings...And a salad every day...with eggs, cheese, chick peas and/or black beans.

So if Obama had shared some of his arugula with Joe Biden, we might have been under his Presidency instead of Trump’s.

Count our blessings.

Many parts of a pine tree (specifically Pinus species) are edible and nutrient-rich, including the needles, inner bark, pollen, and seeds. Needles, rich in Vitamin C, are typically used for tea, while young, tender needles or spring growth can be used for infusions or flavoring. The edible inner bark (cambium) can be eaten raw or fried, and pine nuts (seeds) are highly nutritious.

At least I know the cows I’m eating can’t transmit dementia.

I prefer to have my plants concentrated by cows before I eat them.

Going ‘NuTz’ in your later years runs in my family. I grow my own and we eat a LOT of vegetables. (We’re both in our mid-60’s)

We have at least TWO veggies with our evening meal or one veggie side dish and a tossed salad, and ‘snacks’ are veggies & dip and a protein of some sort...string cheese, almonds, Greek yogurt, HB eggs, Cottage Cheese, an Apple & Peanut Butter, etc.

It’s not HARD to eat healthy, People! Put down the chips and soda pop! ;)

More bullcrap.

My mother has dementia. She lived on fruit and veggies and salads. It was her mantra “eat your fruit and veggies!”.

We have no clue what causes dementia in the elderly. NO. CLUE.

I’ve been improving my eating. More veggies and good protein. I finally kicked the pastries that were my Sirens’ call. Yay!
