After 103 years of living and eating the "wrong" way according to doctors, I'm sharing the truth about food and longevity that the health industry doesn't want you to hear. In this video, I talk about my four simple foods I've eaten every single day for 40 years, why doctors said it would kill me (and why they're all dead now while I'm still here), and the real secrets to living past 100.
I've outlived four doctors who told me my eggs would give me a heart attack, my red meat would give me cancer, and my raw milk would poison me. Turns out, simplicity beats complexity every time. But this isn't just about food—it's about cutting through the noise, finding what actually works, and having the courage to ignore the "experts" who keep changing their minds every decade.
If you're confused about what to eat, tired of chasing the latest diet trends, or wondering why everyone's sicker despite having more health information than ever, this wisdom could save you decades of confusion and poor health. This is raw, honest advice from someone who's lived long enough to watch the whole circus play out.
Don't waste years bouncing from one fad diet to another like I see people doing. Learn what actually works and stick with it while you still have time to benefit from it.

Good genes do the hard work for living long I guess.
Is that ALL she eats?
I think not.
That diet has no vitamin C. Or, rather, far too little vitamin C.

Now we all know this is part of climate change...that sensing danger...the earth is desperately trying to lower its temperature...so we all don't die.
It’s a good article...And with the new and improved food pyramid...it all makes sense.
Sounds like my late aunt.

She lived into her 90s.
She must take vitamins, since she ain’t getting vitamins A, B, C, etc.

If only it were true. AI BS!
My own mom died just a month short of her 104th birthday, and had two scrambled eggs for breakfast every morning for decades. She hadn’t exercised since the ‘60s and had a terrible sweet tooth all her life, so not exactly a role model.
Folks, this is AI.
That is this WHOLE ACCOUNT’s disclaimer!
the surgeon who replaced my mitral valve [and at least 6,000 other ones] told me he believed that inherited genetics was a FAR BIGGER factor for heart disease than diet ...
I agree 100%. Longevity has a whole lot to do with heredity.
“Most AI slop on Y-Tube comes from India.”
yep, tens of thousands of them, maybe even hundreds of thousands ... youtube is trying to crackdown on this AI slop, particularly from certain regions in India ...
Yeah, they can, you keep stuffing the same four foods down your pie hole.
Not that hard to explain.
WOW! I only smoke 5 a day and I'm 84+, I better smoke some more, drink more rum, vodka and beer.
I only drink 12 year old scotch when I celebrate a Trump victory {which is usually daily}.
Red meat, alcohol and cigars {in addition to to good genes, which is an accident of birth} all contribute to good health and long life, Thank You Baby Jesus.
But was Winston Churchill happy and cheerful? Ate any leaders? Napoleon...he was a moody f×ck too
I heard it was a pint of brandy, every day before breakfast.
But was Winston Churchill happy and cheerful?
The “Black Dog” was always after him, that’s why he painted.
I’ll take a Baked potato over any other. Butter, sour cream, chives, some salt and pepper.
Agree. Dad lived to 93, Mom 96. Great x3 grandfather 102 - 1748 - 1850.
I’m 80 & very healthy though on my 3rd aortic valve (#1 bi-cuspid, #2 pig but lasted 15 years, #3 is pig), 2 cancers gone, 3 back surgeries and more....
