At 103, I Eat the Same 4 Foods Every Single Day — Doctors Can't Explain It
YouTube.com ^ | February 16, 2026 | Real Talk with Time

Posted on 02/22/2026 6:03:49 AM PST by Twotone

After 103 years of living and eating the "wrong" way according to doctors, I'm sharing the truth about food and longevity that the health industry doesn't want you to hear. In this video, I talk about my four simple foods I've eaten every single day for 40 years, why doctors said it would kill me (and why they're all dead now while I'm still here), and the real secrets to living past 100.

I've outlived four doctors who told me my eggs would give me a heart attack, my red meat would give me cancer, and my raw milk would poison me. Turns out, simplicity beats complexity every time. But this isn't just about food—it's about cutting through the noise, finding what actually works, and having the courage to ignore the "experts" who keep changing their minds every decade.

If you're confused about what to eat, tired of chasing the latest diet trends, or wondering why everyone's sicker despite having more health information than ever, this wisdom could save you decades of confusion and poor health. This is raw, honest advice from someone who's lived long enough to watch the whole circus play out.

Don't waste years bouncing from one fad diet to another like I see people doing. Learn what actually works and stick with it while you still have time to benefit from it.

Is that ALL she eats?

I think not.

That diet has no vitamin C. Or, rather, far too little vitamin C.

Trying to up my b12...and went back to eating meat...

I'm on a hamburg binge...meat loaf....goulash....tacos...

Had a small piece of beef...was going to make stew...but wound up making beef barley soup...froze 7 cartons...

Lots fish cuz son in law fishes and brings from their place in Massachusetts. And deer meat from the Southern Tier is coming soon...as soon as the damn snow goes away...so my daughter can bring it over. I'm in Upstate NY...and we're getting all kinds of warnings...It's winter.....duh...

Now we all know this is part of climate change...that sensing danger...the earth is desperately trying to lower its temperature...so we all don't die.

Sounds like my late aunt.

She had farm raised bacon and eggs EVERY morning, for breakfast.

She lived into her 90s.

She must take vitamins, since she ain’t getting vitamins A, B, C, etc.

??

Key Vitamins in Beef:
Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin): Crucial for nerve function, brain health, and blood cell formation.
Vitamin B6: Important for immune function and brain development.
Niacin (B3): Converts food into energy and maintains healthy skin and nervous system.
Riboflavin (B2): Aids in energy production and cellular function.
Vitamin A: Found in high amounts in beef liver, crucial for vision and immune health.
Vitamin D: Found in grass-fed beef, supporting bone health.
Other B-Vitamins: Includes small amounts of thiamine, pantothenate, and folate.

Key Minerals and Nutrients:
Zinc: Essential for immune defense and muscle metabolism.
Selenium: Protects against free radicals and aids thyroid function.
Iron (Heme): Highly bioavailable form of iron, crucial for oxygen transport and energy.
Protein: High-quality, complete protein essential for muscle building.

Raw milk is a nutrient-dense, unprocessed food containing a full spectrum of bioavailable vitamins—specifically A, D, E, K2, and B-complex (especially B2, B6, B12)—along with vitamin C.

Farm fresh eggs, particularly from pasture-raised hens, are nutrient-dense, containing high levels of vitamins A, D, E, K, and B12, along with significant omega-3 fatty acids, choline, and antioxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin.

My own mom died just a month short of her 104th birthday, and had two scrambled eggs for breakfast every morning for decades. She hadn’t exercised since the ‘60s and had a terrible sweet tooth all her life, so not exactly a role model.

yep, tens of thousands of them, maybe even hundreds of thousands ... youtube is trying to crackdown on this AI slop, particularly from certain regions in India ...

Yeah, they can, you keep stuffing the same four foods down your pie hole.

Not that hard to explain.

George Burns smoked 10 to 15 cigars a day and lived to 100.

WOW! I only smoke 5 a day and I'm 84+, I better smoke some more, drink more rum, vodka and beer.

I only drink 12 year old scotch when I celebrate a Trump victory {which is usually daily}.

Red meat, alcohol and cigars {in addition to to good genes, which is an accident of birth} all contribute to good health and long life, Thank You Baby Jesus.

The “Black Dog” was always after him, that’s why he painted.
