...and yet nearly everyone who promoted plandemic lockdowns and jabs are still employed.
Pffft.
Twinkies finally made the grade. Best news all day.
Real butta is back baby.
But truth is it never left my table.
Love the new inverted triangle. Pro tip: Patronize farmer's markets. If you don't have any nearby, at least avoid the center aisles of the grocery store for the most part.
DAMN GOOD first cut. I’d only recommend minor changes:
1. Swap Chicken and Steak (i.e., steak at the top)
2. Eggs up one level, potatoes near the bottom
3. Swap butter and milk (i.e., butter near the top).
But, overall, if Americans actually would eat this diet, our diabetes/obesity rates would be 20% of what they are now.
...but it’s hard to imagine anything coming of this, too many TRILLIONS at stake, plus the fact that the Leftists plan to outlaw meat, once they achieve the political power to do so (and no, RINOs won’t join them in that effort).
The fact that this is controversial tells you how unhinged leftists are.
On the bright side, they’ll “rebel” by living off refined sugar and processed cheese food and die.
Any food pyramid that doesn’t have bacon is worthless.
I LOVE IT!!! My favorite foods are well represented!
(DISCLAIMER: I like bread too, although I am regularly reminded by the Mrs. how absolutely toxic it is and bla bla bla. In one ear and out the other.)
Liberals don’t like this new pyramid? They can eat s___.
Just avoiding processed foods will go away long way in staying healthy.
But I find that hard to do.
Natural foods are way more expensive which pushes people (myself included) to gravitate towards more convenient processed crap.
Just look at the cereal isle in any grocery store.
Healthy cereal is way more expensive than cereal loaded with sugar and sodium.
“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc., hard and fast.
Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
Regularly learn and play new sports.

I’m 82...and that has been my diet since I was a child.
I’ve eaten a Costco’s whole chicken and Little Caesar’s pizza every day for the past five years. I’ve had doctors tell me that they are surprised I’m still alive. I can do without the pizza, but I don’t know what to replace it with.
I don’t see whiskey on there.
They gave short shrift to whole grains.
Beans are not visible in the chart at all.
Both are very, very healthy foods.
This is actually beautifully done.

I didn’t spot peppers or onions in the picture.
Liking the way Team MAHA advises and makes recommendations instead of trying to force people into doing things.
A cool name for a restaurant would be the Food Pyramid.
