I’ve eaten a Costco’s whole chicken and Little Caesar’s pizza every day for the past five years. I’ve had doctors tell me that they are surprised I’m still alive. I can do without the pizza, but I don’t know what to replace it with.

I sautee all the toppings in olive oil...and slip unto a plate...pizza with no crust.

Spinach, mushrooms, scallions, top with slabs of cheese...
