DAMN GOOD first cut. I’d only recommend minor changes:
1. Swap Chicken and Steak (i.e., steak at the top)
2. Eggs up one level, potatoes near the bottom
3. Swap butter and milk (i.e., butter near the top).

But, overall, if Americans actually would eat this diet, our diabetes/obesity rates would be 20% of what they are now.

...but it’s hard to imagine anything coming of this, too many TRILLIONS at stake, plus the fact that the Leftists plan to outlaw meat, once they achieve the political power to do so (and no, RINOs won’t join them in that effort).

I often have hash browns and eggs...no bread

Sodas...only to make Root Beer Floats

Whole Milk...always

The dietary guideline dictates the menus of literally hundred millions of Americans, ranging from the military to nursing home, hospitals, school and university cantines...
It’s the cornerstone of the food industry’s strategy to ram their junk down our throat.

Nina Teicholz, who knows a thing or two about nutrition, has battled for years to have it changed so I presume this victory will have earth shattering consequences.
