The FBI is not the LEAD agency overseeing this case, the local authorities are and THAT IS EXACTLY WHY these authorities will NOT disclose that the shooter yelled "Allah Akbar" before the shooting. If the LOCAL authorities revealed these words THEN THE FBI WOULD HAVE TO TAKE OVER THE CASE because it would now become a federal ISLAMIC TERRORISM investigation !!!!

Officer Tatum, I love you brother but I think these RI cops are as useless as the Sydney cops. Here’s this jagoff wandering around the area seemingly the only person out and about and no cops in sight! If I were a cop (which I was about 50 years ago) I would have at least talked to the prick for suspicion of mopery.
