Not for serious crimes like this, and I don’t think it was after convictions, my memory is that it was about directing teen male energy into the military if it seemed like a good kid who had taken a joy ride or other rambunctious teen male energies that didn’t indicate a criminal personality, but just a boy who needed to be steered in the right direction.
their favorite crayon color was periwinkle.
Lemme guess. Mom say’s ya’ll racist. My boy din do nofin’ wrong. A black man can’t catch a break is this injust wirl.
Did he know that she was 12?
Did she lie?
Since she was being raised by grandma, they were either dead or in prison..................

True, however, our Armed Forces can, and do, recruit to a higher standard in recent times. It took my Son almost a year to enlist in the USCG. At-home interviews with Feds, credit score check, and extensive background checks were conducted to clear him.
Chances are the girl lied about her age. Some 12 year old girls with makeup look like adults. Chances are she is from a broken home, the mother wasn’t home and this was not the first time she spent the night out with a guy.
So sad.
My spouse worked with a guy whose niece looked like she was in her twenties - tall and fully-developed, and the way she was allowed to dress didn’t help. Some customer made a comment because she stopped in the store for whatever reason (waiting for dad to pick her up I believe) and he had to be told she was twelve.
Total disbelief. I’d have sworn she was 23.
Online porn has ruined several generations of males. Just ruined.
