Absolutely. In my bluest of blue states, our Republican Town Committee had a black woman as our chair, and she was as conservative as the day is long. She moved out of state, and I can tell you, we sure did miss her when she left.

I operate from the milieu of the Boomer generation.
I grew up in a very urban, industrial north, environment in a city of 30% black.
I have the honor of befriending many people in my life because I was taught to be sincere with my dealings in all things.
The blacks I grew up with hold sincerity in high-regard.
I can’t speak for all the blacks in my own generation.
I cannot speak for the blacks in the generations after me.
I do know that the Democrats and the media have forced insincerity on the American societal scene.
Teaching that insincerity is the reason for oppression and conversely, they only way to fight back against insincerity.
For that reason, “yogi”, Dindu Nuffin”,and “GibsMeDat” are earned.

Democracy in America discusses how it is the democracy, not in government but, in the marketplace that achieves success. The individual chooses to go to a place of work that has a variety of people of different backgrounds and personalities.

The individual chooses to play sports or socialize with a third variety of people.
We are similar Bulldog fans at one time but friends with fans of other teams, similar Baptists but friends with Pentecostals and Presbyterians.
