President Trump has promised to move the homeless 'far away' from Washington DC, and now that federal agents are flooding the capital, local activists are outraged.
More show notes: Protesters fight each other in DC over homeless. Locals upset over police/national guard in area and believe Trump overstepped his bounds.
Others say crime is not going down and this needs to be done.
Is New York next?

Idiots. New York isn’t next. Trump has no authority to step in there.
But he has every right (Even the execrable Muriel Bowser acknowledges this) to do what he has in Washington D.C.
Leftists are such idiots.
Simple, Just pass out some of the stockpile of fentanyl to the bums
See, Biden voters.. it CAN be done. It’s NOT impossible. One step forward at a time.
“To Dream The Impossible Dream!......”
Oh, an insurrection is it?
I see.
So many of the protesters in DC always look like well-off White people from tony parts of the District that see little or no crime...
I suppose President Trump could call Gavin Newscum and ask him how Gavin hid the homeless and cleaned up the excrement during the Xi Jinping visit.
The homeless are not a monolith. Many are druggies. Some have lost reality in their minds. Some are criminals, sluggards and worthless people. Some got punched in the mouth through no doing of their own.
There is no affordable, practical way to put all of these people somewhere and take care of them.
local activists are outraged
Easy peasy, take the homeless home with you and provide for them.
I think most of the homeless either have mental issues or substance abuse problems. Few are on the streets just because of poverty.
Where did they used to be until the left took over America?
Yes mental illness or substance abuse. But homeless shelters do not accept anyone with drug charges or who are violent....so they stay on the street. And the libs complain about the poor homeless.
What percent is that?
The answer is around 70 percent.
The fastest growing population of homeless are elders over the age of 55.
Many work. Some are disabled. Some are veterans.
Do some research.
I'm old enough to remember what changed.

I actually had some lib tell me that the reason homeless do drugs is because they are homeless. Crazy ass bitch had never even talked to some of them in our area and I had. They told me they all lost their homes because of drugs. When I corrected her she gave me a death stare.
Tough love does not work on these people. You can only help them out a little by giving them food, blankets or clothing but don’t enable them by given them any money that can be spent on drugs. They will either get help when they are ready or they will die.
Sure there are. Change incentives for the ‘homeless industry’ ... No federal money, no tax breaks if their facilities are less than half full over any given month. Right now the incentive to keep the ‘riff raff’ out except of PR filming. Less cleanup work. And this way they can blame the homeless while raking in donations from the gullible.
Take those with mental problems and institutionalize them. Protect them from themselves.
Stop subsidizing the homeless. If they want food they go to city wide sites and eat there. No more ‘food stamps’ until they’re officially ‘with home’. No more disability pay... until they’re ‘with home’ if they’re disabled the government will treat them not pay them.
Jobs cleaning city walk ways, parks, public bathrooms excreta will be provided for those who want make extra cash. Just take all the toxic incentives that put these people in a ‘hell on earth’ type setting and reverse them.

Not a coincidence the protesters “look like” that. Because they ARE that! :-) And not just in DC.
No doubt some people become substance dependent because of homelessness, but it’s hard to pin down statistics and causation. One big problem is that all the studies depend on self-reporting. My own personal experience with homeless people I have encountered is that substance abuse and mental illness are prevalent. It’s difficult for the homeless to get the medical and psychiatric care they need. Some people say that we need more shelters. One young woman I met on the streets said that a shelter was the worst place, because of the risk of assault and theft. (She was paranoid or schizophrenic, I believe. But highly intelligent.)

Good advice, that.
