A Miami police officer has been cleared of all criminal charges after allegedly attacking a date who turned out to be a man posing as a woman.
The officer denies all allegations, but officials claim the 54-year-old became enraged after realizing the “woman” he brought home from a nightclub was, in fact, a full-blown man.

According to the arrest report, Chala met the woman at E11EVEN Miami Nightclub and brought her to his apartment on the 26th floor later that night. After kissing her, he was accused of wrapping his arm tightly around her neck for three minutes, choking her and putting “red marks on the right side of her neck and chin” until she managed to escape.
Chala told the arresting officers he never assaulted her.
“You guys met at the club, correct?” an officer asked him.
“Yes,” responded Chala.
“Walk me through what happened,” the officer told Chala.
“Nothing,” said Chala.
“So, you guys didn’t argue?” the officer asked.
“We argued, but no, we didn’t argue. I just kicked her out,” said Chala. “No violence whatsoever.”
Officers asked Chala why he kicked the woman out of his apartment.
“Because I didn’t care for her. Because I didn’t like her,” said Chala.
After posting bond in April, Chala insisted he never hurt the woman.
“I did not squeeze that woman’s neck,” he said.
Prosecutors at the time told the judge the opposite.
“Judge, he was choking her and refusing to let go,” the prosecutor said.
He was initially charged with false imprisonment and battery, the State Attorney’s Office has dropped all charges following an investigation, according to officials.
Prosecutors now say they are no longer pursuing any legal actions against Chala.
“The state is taking no further action,” the prosecutor said in court.
You can’t help but wonder, shouldn’t that kind of deception be illegal?
Below is a portion of the bodycam footage from the arrest. The trans person reportedly ran to a nearby apartment for help, with witnesses claiming he had blood on his face and a broken finger.

According to Chala’s lawyer, he drunkenly brought home what he thought was a woman.
When they got to Chala’s place, the two began kissing when Chala “asked the victim a question, which confused the victim due to it being previously answered.”
When Chala realized he was kissing a dude, things allegedly got physical.
“This person came in under false pretenses and my client escorted this person out,” said defense attorney Susy Ribero-Ayala.
“She represented at all times that she was a woman, when in fact she was a man.”

One reason this kind of sickening deception is happening is because the left has branded it “bigotry” for a straight man to not date a man dressing up as a lady.

This twisted mindset boils down to: “If you don’t want to sleep with me, you’re a bigot.” It’s the same warped logic as calling someone racist just because they’re not attracted to a certain race. Personal likes and dislikes are apparently off limits now. How “progressive.”
And when the guilt trips and marketing campaigns fail to work, these men roll the dice and try and fool a guy into thinking he’s actually a woman, and sadly, in most cases, like we see here, that type of twisted deception won’t end well.
In truth, the trans movement has been taking a lot of hits lately. We recently covered a story about how more and more trans families are self-deporting and leaving the US, not just because they claim they don’t feel “safe” under President Trump, but because they’re losing access to the gender-related experiments they push on their children.

Now, according to a glowing new puff piece from NBC News, trans-identifying families are choosing to leave the United States, claiming it’s a “hostile climate” because of Trump and his efforts to protect children from radical gender ideology. NBC paints them as victims, of course. But anyone paying attention knows the real story.
These aren’t political refugees. This is self-deportation. And it’s the most honest moment the trans movement has had in years.

In the end, it’s a shame this Miami police officer had to deal with such a calculated deception, but he’s lucky the charges didn’t stick. Hopefully, the man in question stops tricking innocent people and gets the help he clearly needs.

Specifically, what will be the new definition of “sexual consent? If a “man” takes what he thinks is a “woman” home and they start doing things that are the traditional prelude to sex; and the trans woman is cooperating, but does not indicate she/he is really biologically a man; how can there be sexual consent between the two?
When I was a young lad stationed in West Berlin in the 60’s, I was approached in a trendy bar by an extremely hot looking German blond. I don’t see how anyone can realistically be ‘forced’ to have sex with anyone else.
