Good early evening, Gang!
Had a colonoscopy earlier today.
All is well, and came through it
with flying colors!
Thank God that’s over with.
Was a little groggy when I came home.
Hubby took good care of me..got me something
good to eat and drink, and then down I went
for a nice nap,
Ain’t that some excitin?
LOL
*evil grin*
Glad things are ok.
I had one recently. It was good enough that I am at the “don’t have to anymore” age.

+3,200 people are watching the White House live feed of anime Trump signing executive orders while a scroll of Trump accomplishments roll beside him.
It’s perfect 👌🏻

🚨 China is blaming the U.S. for the Covid outbreak.
But NIH Director Dr. Bhattacharya says they’ve already been caught red-handed.
And now he’s dropping a bombshell.
In the wake of the lab-leak confirmation, he’s vowing to release something that could change everything.
🧵 THREAD
Looks like hell’s gunna break loose. Total blockade of Chinese imports.
It will UNTIL those companies bring manufacturing back to the US. The only reason all those things: drugs, electronics, some foods, went to China is because they have a slave-labor force. So, if the companies who sell those products want to stay in business, they can darn well make it in the US, sell to the US, and EXPORT the excess.
Awe, sorry to hear about your friend.
My sincerest prayers for them.
Some interesting and some beautiful buildings. Armed robbery of a jewelry store with massive police response.

I was laughing at the Flower Mart Festival. It was a full minute-and-a-half before even 1 flower was in sight.
My Doc said “See you in about 5 years or so.”
The “or so” is what I’m goona do!
(as in never again!)
Awwwww...
Poor lil” punkin!
I want it!
*sniff*
Yeah, I totally understand that. I’ve been planning to skip my “annual” hematologist visit; I’ve been doing quite well.
That is ... until February. I am still having a lingering symptom which is exacerbated if I do anything. Really, like setting the table, putting the clothes in and starting the washer. The symptom is diminishing, but it is going on 4 months now! So, maybe ... I dunno.
Thanks for posting this, Spunky!
Great to see you, and I just love
PenguinSix and his videos!
When he was walking around the food trucks/tents/etc,
I could almost smell all the good stuff he was showing us.
Could be because I had to do the colonoscopy prep stuff-
and now that it’s over, I could eat ALL those good things!
Hubby made a Shrimp Scampi for me tonight-YUM!!!
Might have some ice cream later.
We found out that Breyer’s now makes Keto Ice Cream!
I bought some sugar free caramel ice cream topping to
go with it!
I’m a happy (and full) camper!
*evil grin*
“I’ve been planning to skip my “annual” hematologist visit.”
Is that as much of a pain in the butt as it sounds?
(Fasting and such?)
Gosh, Jem..
If your symptom has been lingering that long
maybe you’d best not put it off?
Somethings got you exhausted even doing simple
stuff like setting the table..
4 months is too long!
Please go get checked!
The checkup is getting a bit of bloodwork done. There is no prep other than drinking enough liquid to ensure the blood vessels are full and are a large enough target for that super wide and dull needle-at least it seems wide and dull.
But, because my blood requires special handling and it is more thorough than a simple complete blood count, it also gets a super bill along with it. The money cost and the time spent in getting to the doctor and back again is astronomical.
I will probably cave-in and keep the appointment. Just haven’t decided yet.
If you have ever had polyps when they have done a colonoscopy on you don’t let them put you off because of age. My husband died of colon cancer at 90 and the doctor said it had probably been growing for 10 years. So he would have been 80 when it started growing.
Yes!
They found one when I had my previous colonoscopy, back in 2022.
Thankfully, this time, it was clear!
