Anna Paulina Luna alleges NBC is withholding a tape showing Lee Harvey Oswald standing next to JFK’s motorcade — not inside the School Book Depository — during the assassination. If true, this tape would radically change our understanding of his death.

Even more absurd - NBC using tape in 1963. Ampex recorders were in use in studios in the mid 1950s (based on older Nazi technology) but film was still used for field reporting.

Would be interesting to see if there was a clear path from that hole to JFK. The windshield was quickly demolished so we’ll never know for sure but there are pictures of the hole so maybe it could be done graphically.

A lot of people watching the motorcade were filming it. The FBI was going around tracking bystanders down and confiscating their film cameras. Many never got them back nor the film. NBC might have film that they didn’t want to release the the public to destroy the Warren Commission narrative of a single shooter.

Luna, Tulsi Gabbard,and John Ratcliffe disagree. Luna wouldn’t be doing this without their cooperation as she stated.
I have no doubt that a lot of people were also filming the assassination attempt at Butler. But the FBI swooped in and confiscated video that proves the Secret Service involvement.
Luna screwed this up. She is talking about the figure “Prayer Man,” who can be seen in the upper stairwell of the SBD behind Billy Lovelady.
This figure looks like Oswald, but it’s too blurry to tell.

No question that he was in Dallas that day. One of the stories is that he went over to Tyler to campaign (some say a luncheon speech at the Lion's Club and wasn't in town when the shots were fired.
Nixon has a better alibi for having booked it out of town before the shooting leaving an hour before Kennedy and LBJ flew in from Fort Worth.
Speaking of the elder Bush, here's an alleged photo of him in front of the School Book depository less than an hour after the shooting.

Luna says the footage she’s talking about has never been seen by the public. NBC has had it stored away.

It’s the Weigman Darnell film. Look it up. It’s been seen by the public. You can go see it online. It’s just not a clean copy.
A bullet fired from in front of motorcade could only have come from within the motorcade, so if correct, was it an agent returning fire, or a deliberate killing?
Note, either way, Oswald is not exonerated. It could have been his fire being returned.
I do not think tape existed in 1963. It would have to be film.
