I can assure you of one thing......they start showing up around Mar-A-Lago THE Supergovernor will send up the Air National Guard to take care of business.
++++++++++++++++++++
You sound very confident that the NG has this one under control. Wait until they appear at the Super Bowl.
To: V_TWIN
It’s primarily in NJ for whatever reason. Bah. Fake news. New Jersey has always been full of drones.

“Wait until they appear at the Super Bowl”
Trump will be in office by then and the SB is in a dome.
The NJ governor is sitting around with his thumb up his ass.....Governor DeSantis WON’T be doing that if they fly in Florida air space.

I think, with all the hunting rifles and shotguns out there, that there should be a bounty offered on the drones. We really don’t know their origin or purpose and therefore they might be dangerous spying hardware. Categories could be “biggest drone”, “brightest drone”, “Total bag of drones”, etc.

But doesn't explain why presumed lithium battery in mystery drone didn't die. Perhaps the "mystery drones" are using electric generators powered by small gasoline engines.
These craft are not hand-launched items you can purchase from Amazon. They are the size of automobiles, and larger. There are many alternatives for the propulsion systems.

My strong suspicion, because of the inexplicable lack of interest in getting to the bottom of this by military officials, is that these drones belong to either the military or the intelligence agencies. However, in making their cover statements that the drones don’t belong to the military, that they’re not hobbyist drones, and that they are not from a foreign power, they’ve essentially said that they don’t belong to anyone.
So I guess that makes it fine and dandy to shoot these things down since no one wants to claim ownership. Blast away!

I just saw a story on NBC about the Eugene, OR police using drones as first responders. They get an overview of a scene before cops arrive, and detrrmine if officers are even necessary. They said they have an unmanned solution rate of 28%, whatever the hell that means.

A 30/06 can cover quite a distance and would be difficult to track from a long distance away. If they belong to the US government all they have to do is confirm it and tell the public to leave them alone instead of playing stupid guessing games what they like to do.

My strong suspicion, because of the inexplicable lack of interest in getting to the bottom of this by military officials, is that these drones belong to either the military or the intelligence agencies. Or private corporations under contract to those same agencies. That would maintain "plausible deniability" when the military says, "they are not ours".
It smells like a complex agency psyop (psychological operation) to me.
Per Federal laws, it is still illegal to shoot them down, regardless of source. How convenient.

I watched the video. The guy was using a dinky little cheap mainstream drone—not sure why he thought he was going to be able to chase the foreign drones with that toy.
