Musk could move back there, establish residency, and win.

Elon must zero out California from the Federal budget.
I believe California is in a “Doom Loop” I don’t think it can be stopped. It can only be slowed and I am not sure that is a good thing. I may be time to let it completely fall apart and start over. This will probably require force (Legal not physical) from the outside.

Everyone who wants to see California turned around needs to fully back Larry Elder.
On voting fraud and procedures in particular.
Right now, Musk isn’t even a resident of California, he moved personally and Tesla’s corporate headquarters to Texas.
He's one of those....just because we did it this way doesn't mean we can't find a better way.
Getting the education department back to the states is a good example. And why are we in the student loan business?

Anyone with children should avoid CA. I doubt Elon would ever return to CA. It will continue to lose residents as smaller expatriates communities pop up nationwide.

Once upon a time California elected Ronald Reagan governor. I have no problem with Californians “Making California Great Again”! But they have to WANT it.
Given the voter fraud in California and probably elsewhere, it is probable that Trump won 53-55% of the popular vote. The Presidential election was too big to rig, but that doesn’t mean the Democrats failed to cheat, especially in states that were not in play, such as the West Coast states and the Northeast, except for Pennsylvania. There were likely Senate seats stolen by the Democrats in Michigan, Wisconsin, and maybe Arizona.
Total waste. Musk is much bigger than applying to be a governor of a failed state.
Fix the voting system or don’t bother.
