If you want to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way, it's essential to get adequate levels of protein in your daily diet. For one, consuming healthy protein helps you feel satiated for longer periods of time and reduces your hunger hormones, which can prevent overeating or snacking between meals. Protein also has a higher TEF (thermic effect of food) than fat or carbohydrates, meaning it helps your body burn more calories when you eat it. And on top of that, protein can help you build muscle mass.

Haha
Not a joke. It’s the classic source of weight loss protein. The rest of her list is suspect since she must have that green or “hate red meat” agenda.
There are nine essential amino acids that our body cannot produce and must rely on diet. Therefore, not all proteins provide the proper amounts of the amino acids necessary for adequate growth and development. Complete proteins contain all nine essential amino acids and have high biological value. Most animal-based foods have complete protein.
Commas and other punctuation, are your friends.

I say Hominy Grits is just as affective as Quinoa, and far less grainy after it’s been cooked.
A slow cooked Beef Pot Roast or Chuck Roast is also a good addition to any menu. Add 1 can of Campbell’s French Onion soup and fresh garlic to the roast pan for a more intense flavor sensation.
Nope ... not LOW FAT cottage cheese.
Sheesh.
Greek yogurt tastes like crap.
Thanks for posting. Bookmarking for later.
What are Eggs beans?
“Typical chick list. Steak is nowhere on the list.”
Still a recipe for obesity and diabetes - too many carbs on the list, and no red meat. Just more garbage from the Left.
Yeah, I caught that too. Add lean beef and pork to that list. Salmon? Not unless wild. Tofu? Nah - getting breasts ain’t my thing. Quinoa? Nasty tasting. Everything else works for me.
I’d add buckwheat - a food eaten in the slavic world that is amazingly tasty and high protein and good for the gut. Easy to make.
I combine it with eggs. So good.
