(Jul. 22, 2024) — Trump will have the legal standing in federal courts to do so if she is nominated for that office by the DNC. And Trump should do so to force SCOTUS to take up the issue of the “natural born Citizen” term as it applies to whom can constitutionally serve as the President and Commander in Chief (and VP per the 12th Amendment) and resolve it. The courts evaded the issue using “lack of standing by the plaintiffs” for Obama and then also for Harris for VP. They should not do that again. Former Chief Justice Marshall‘s words from the past tell them they should not evade the issue.

Where is the polygraph? Republicans need to grow some. I know the rules, or at least what they were when I was an active government employee, it was that you either take the polygraph or you can take a walk. I was cleared at the top secret level and I worked in the WH for a while. Refusal to take the polygraph is not a 5th Amendment right. The job is not a Constitutional right. You can refuse to take the test, but you can’t do so and keep your job. That’s the way it was. What it is now who knows.
No. The globalists want you to repeat their message but even Obama's handlers created a fake birth certificate. Kamala Harris doesn't have such a false document to hide behind. Her parents' citizenship is on record and they became U.S. citizens after she was born.

Why should we POSSIBLY delve into “Birtherism 2.0”, a tremendously failed endeavor back in 2008, when we have so much more to go on against Harris?
Harris was a failed presidential candidate, never generating more than passing enthusiasm. She spoke up for Jussie Smollette, supported George Floyd protesters, advocating for their legal defense fund. She has been a horrible VP, failing miserably at her role of border operations and then serving only to prove that just maybe Joe Biden wasn’t the biggest idiot in the WH. She’s a cackling witch that even her staff can’t stand so why would we possibly stir up an already failed initiative that BACKFIRED when used against Obama to go after Harris? Do you want her to win? Do you want the most unified GOP in decades to shoot themselves in the foot?
If nothing else, Trump could bring this issue up during any debate with her by asking her if she was born a Citizen of Jamaica via her foreign national Jamaican father and is she still a Citizen of Jamaica. And since Jamaica is a constitutional monarchy with the English Crown at its head, does she still legally owe allegiance and homage to King Charles III. I would like to see Kamala Harris CACKLE her way out of answering that question. Or J.D. Vance could bring up the issue of Kamala’s dual-allegiances, dual-nationality, and dual-Citizenship by and since birth in an interview with the press about the choice of her. And ask the press why they are not asking Kamala about that issue. If anyone has a contact with J.D. Vance, pass this along to him.

Whether we like it or not, given the Dem's agenda of open borders for both legal and illegal entrants, NBC may well be one of the issues facing our nation.
A competent leader is often known for the ability to delegate, and Trump demonstrated in his first term that he has that skill. Many anti-MAGA's point to Trump's appointment difficulties as they would point to Babe Ruth's strikeout record.
To challenge Harris on the NBC issue requires that Trump delegate the matter to a stellar team of experts who can carry that ball to success. The issue has to reach the USSC and there is no room for failure. IMO, there may not be enough time for that prior to the next Jan6 Joint Session.
It might even be prudent to first resolve the issue by legislation and use the team to defend any subsequent federal lawsuit.

My point was not that Obama was eligible, and Harris is eligible. My point is that no court will touch the issue, ever.
So don’t clog up the campaign with discussions of eligibility. The average voter doesn’t care about it. He just doesn’t. He cares about inflation, crime, and our wide-open borders. Hit the Democrats hard on those issues. That’s where we will score points.

No. Obama was eligible due to a phony birth certificate. Kamala Harris's birth certificate and her parents' dates of citizenship clearly document that she's not eligible.
