To challenge Harris on the NBC issue requires that Trump delegate the matter to a stellar team of experts who can carry that ball to success. The issue has to reach the USSC and there is no room for failure. IMO, there may not be enough time for that prior to the next Jan6 Joint Session.
It might even be prudent to first resolve the issue by legislation and use the team to defend any subsequent federal lawsuit.
Challenge? Sue her financial organizers. They're collecting money for a known fraud. Every credit card transaction for a donation, every solicitation for campaign work is all aiding and abetting a fraud.
