A small, 1,600-year-old papyrus fragment discovered in a German archive has been revealed to contain the earliest known copy of the Infancy Gospel of Thomas, an early Christian text describing the childhood of Jesus that once enjoyed enormous popularity but was not canonized into the New Testament.

The Gospels were written letters passed from church to church and copies made.
Your reference is for the printing press?
The very last chapter of Revelation written by the John, one of the original twelve Apostles, warns against adding to or taking away from the Scriptures up to that point. Nothing written after around 95 AD, the lastest time Revelation could’ve been written, can be considered the Word of God.
Suuuure.
They are forbidden to teach their own children about Christ in public schools, most have no idea he was a Jew to being with.
There are even rabbi’s who believe Jesus boils in feces in hell for eternity.
Sorry, I’ll stick with the eye witness testimony of the people who saw him.
This Clay into animated objects is along the lines of Kabb-alah where Jews call on clay to become a Golem.
And a 1600 year old scroll would put the date of that about the same time that Islam was created. 500 years after Christ. Long past time that would have been any eye witness to make those claims legit.
Ahh, strawberries. A conundrum.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gnosticism
Gnosticism (from Ancient Greek: γνωστικός, romanized: gnōstikós, Koine Greek: [ɣnostiˈkos], ‘having knowledge’) is a collection of religious ideas and systems that coalesced in the late 1st century AD among Jewish and early Christian sects. These various groups emphasized personal spiritual knowledge (gnosis) above the proto-orthodox teachings, traditions, and authority of religious institutions.
No.
Parts of the New Testament were written within 20 years of Jesus’s death.
Here we go again...
BS
That would be...wrong.
1 Corinthians can be dated to the late 40s to early 50s.
Thank you.
I *doubt* this is real.
See what I did there?
It didn’t make it into the canon because it describes a Jesus unlike the true Jesus. As I remember it describes a Jesus who gets revenge on mean childhood friends by using his divine powers.
It’s not true.
But Jesus as God is the creator of life and thus possesses the inherent right to take away life, thus a killing by God cannot be murder per the Commandments. Still and all, killing children in that manner is not part of Jesus’ nature.
Can you prove what you’re claiming?
Reminds me of the TV mini-series THE WORD (1977)in which a “Gospel of James” is found and considered sacred, or is it?
David Janssen and John Huston starred in it.
Lots of fake “gospels” floating around 1900 years ago. Even the Shepherd of Hermas was once thought to be sacred.
I have a copy of THE LOST BOOKS OF THE BIBLE with lots of tall tales about the early apostles.

I think they're confusing this with a Star Trek episode
Not really.
The synoptic gospels were written between 50 to 70 AD as were the letters of Paul, Peter, james and most of John as well as the book of Revelation.
The gospel of john was the last book of the new testament written, closed around 80 to 90 AD.
None of the 73 books of the Bible were written after 90 AD
It is fraudulent.
