America First Legal Sues the Department of Education for Obstructing Evidence that the Biden Administration Has Chosen to Protect Pro-Hamas Foreign Extremists on American College Campuses
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) sued the Department of Education for obstructing the release of government records regarding pro-Hamas violence and intimidation on American college campuses, including involvement from foreign students in the U.S. on F-1 student visas.
On October 7, 2023, Hamas broke its long-standing ceasefire with Israel, launching a massive wave of murder, rape, and kidnapping. On October 8, 2023, weeks before any Israeli counterattack, pro-terror organizations launched a massive wave of intimidation and violence on our campuses and in our streets. Often relying on masked extremists in the style of the Klu Klux Klan, their activities included physical attacks, vandalism, and overt advocacy for Hamas. In some cases, Hamas terrorism was sanctioned and promoted by university staff and administrators. The point and purpose of these activities is to threaten and intimidate pro-Israel American and American Jewish students at Columbia, USC, MIT, the University of Texas, and elsewhere.
Our laws have long prohibited advocacy and other material support for Hamas. Foreigners in the United States on F-1 student visas who support Hamas and terrorism should be deported. Naturalized citizens who support Hamas and terrorism should be denaturalized and deported as well. Finally, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits universities from encouraging, facilitating, or funding anti-Semitic professors and pressure groups.
The Biden Administration, however, has refused to enforce these laws or to protect the rights of pro-Israel Americans and American Jews. Instead, it appears they have chosen to protect the pro-Hamas extremists.
On October 20, 2023, thirty-five members of Congress wrote to the Department of Justice asking to know “what steps are being taken by the Department of Justice to investigate Hamas supporters in the United States, as well as the perpetrators of anti-Semitic violence in cities and school campuses across the nation.” The letter noted that the Attorney General had issued a memorandum on October 4, 2021, directing the FBI to target American parents for lawfully speaking out at school board meetings but “since Hamas’s recent attack on Israel, you have not issued a similar memo about the increase of anti-Semitic violence, the threats of intimidation being made against supporters of Israel, or the public rallies being held in support of a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.”
On November 6, 2023, AFL opened an investigation of the Department of Education regarding the Biden Administration’s response to pro-Hamas activities on American college campuses. To date, the Department has failed to produce any records. Today, AFL sued to end its obstruction of evidence; our citizens deserve to know why the Biden Administration has chosen to ignore our laws, to protect the viciously anti-Semitic pro-Hamas extremists and their fellow travelers, and to abandon law-abiding Americans.
Statement from America First Legal Senior Vice President and former U.S. Department of Education General Counsel Reed Rubinstein:
“What you’re seeing on campus did not spontaneously occur - it is the fruit of a twisted tree of foreign money, non-enforcement of our immigration laws, and the eliminationist anti-Semitism embedded in both leftist intersectionality and Islamic fundamentalism. These are not anti-war demonstrations - they are celebrations of Hamas’s bestial brutality. And yet, to protect pro-Hamas extremists, the Biden Administration has refused to enforce our criminal, civil rights, and education laws, effectively turning a blind eye to an organized campaign of anti-Semitic intimidation and harassment. America First Legal is going to court to find out why,” said Reed Rubinstein.

The Trumpster has a skill set matched by few, if any, maybe none. The media blowhards are not knowledgeable, individually or together, to even count the various aspects of his activities. A guy who buys toilets by the thousand is one category. A guy who has a 30 foot long drawing table in his work room, which takes up two floors, is another. Running a top rated TV show and all its aspects for 14 YEARS is another. I remember Lou Ruckheiser’s guys marveling, back in the 70’s, how he herded bankers around-—too big to fail, they used to say. How about international sporting events? Who does that? And he’s rubbery enough to drive a golf ball 300 yards. Pretty good for a senior citizen.
I think I saw his steady manner develop when the flak started happening. Once he knew it was coming he took it as a challenge, faced into the wind, and immediately started formulating counter moves. His pre-trial, early morning, meeting with the Union guys is one.
When he comes back to the presidency I hope he’s mad enough to start filing damage claim lawsuits against all the midgets, kretins, dwarfs, punks, idjits, et. al. who have been thinking up ways to hurt him. He’s great at planning ahead (note the changes in RNC) so I’m gonna assume there’s a back room full of PO’d lawyers getting ready to pass out papers within days of the next election?
For my own part I will max out one more contribution this year to his re-election.
FReeQers - I had a nice dream about President Trump last night. I think I’ve dreamed about him once before.
He was dressed all in white - white suit, white socks, shoes, and a gold tie. He looked large, impressive, and his face looked stern, strong and very determined. He gave me a small handful of what appeared to be a pair of socks and asked me to wash them. I took the socks and told him (paraphrasing, I don’t remember my exact words): “Thank you, President Trump, for your sacrifices and work to protect and care for all Americans. We love you!”
Yesterday, I was watching videos and reading up on the latest $ 61billion funding bill Congress vomited up, and it kind of supported my opinion after reading some of accounts of the actual breakdown of the $61 billion dollars that it's not true 'military' funding in the sense that it won't change the outcome of the war - drag it on,yes, but give the Ukraine victory, no. It seems like the funding bill is similar to Biden/Dem/Rhino money laundering as usual - get funds for the war to pay for election interference and debts, grift etc.
Most of the money is not leaving the US - it replenishes military supplies depleted and pays US Defense Department contractors (so far, I've read that money to contractors is for products already supplied/delivered to Ukraine) etc. About $10B goes to Ukraine, which is still $10B too much, but less than $61B. I still have more digging to do but it looks like Biden's regime essentially 'failed' to rescue with actual war funds, and satisfied itself with obtaining grift and funding Biden's re-election interference. It worked before, they're going back to the well again. They seem to be reasoning that if they use the Ukraine to help steal the election, NATO can still use the remaining might of the US to attack Russia.
The military hardware actually being given is, as described by one analyst, 'a rag bag of unwanted, obsolete or otherwise limited' leftovers. The shills always rush to brag about the hardware but there's always a catch. "WE HAVE MISSILES!" but the Russians shot down 10 out of 12. 'WE HAVE TANKS! But they aren't appropriate on the wrong side of a key bridge, and because the Ukraine can't protect them from the air. Biden gave them some kind of missile they were bragging about, but later I found out they were not given equipped jets to fire them (air to ground missiles) so they modified some rusting Soviet area equipment to launch them from the ground - nowhere near the military capability of the bragged about missiles which CAN travel at impressive speeds and strike with great accuracy- but not if launched from the ground by Soviet era junk.
About 1.5 -2 years ago, I recall posting a meme of Zelensky's statement to the effect that tanks are great, but the Ukraine can't win the war without modern jets. He also said that it only takes 2 months to train on that jet. Much was made of NATO's gift of fighter jets to the Ukraine, but they were never delivered. The Ukraine was to send pilots with sufficient English language skills to train on the F-16, but the Ukraine still doesn't have its pilots, and it still doesn't have its jets. And as usual, when you dig in, you find that the promised hardware was never going to be available in sufficient quantity. Still, they have enough equipment to keep the blood flowing, plus black ops, and the CIA has it's own hardware (ships, planes etc.).
But the Ukrainian flag waving in the Congressional chambers, while revolting and illegal, kind of looks like the corrupt are using optics to fool the public into thinking that deep staters in Congress won big for Ukraine; I think they want to hide the fact they couldn't hand much more than 10B directly to Ukraine because of opposition. I think the sellouts in Congress want to look more powerful than they are in the eyes of the American public, so the stupid flag waving display as if to say, 'WE WON' even against the will of the American public!' and 'We won, so don't even try to oppose us anymore, because you can't win!'
The sellout deep staters in Congress want to keep up a false front so we, the infuriated public, give up opposing them because they make it LOOK like they win anyway.
So we need to get louder, continue red-pilling and keep up the pressure to remove the sellouts from Congress; it's working! The Deep State uses AI to 'scrape' social media accounts in order to gauge public reaction and guide their efforts - the globalists know they are LOSING THE INFORMATION WAR, as well as the war in the Ukraine!
