Mama cat didn’t eat any of the wet food I gave her, that had the medicine in it. So I had to give her more of those Broths, it seems harder to hide it in the liquid. It does get all cloudy and thick. But she ate it!
Now that she is separated I can change her food. The kitten food was pretty rich. So I’ll gradually transition to a sensitive stomach food that I had for the last mama cat. I did give her regular cat food last night, wet food I mean, not the kitten stuff. I guess I shouldn’t make too many changes too fast but I know the kitten stuff is very rich.
I’m going to do less today, and just rest. The directions on the compounding pharmacies Ivermectin was to take one for five days. I have a kit that has a bunch of other stuff that I put together, different suggested supplements.
somehow I got the directions to take Ivermectin every other day.

Prayers for our FRiend! And especially for the doctor’s hands to be guided today. I always pray for the doctor the night before too, that they get a good night’s sleep.

I don’t do any of the fancy stuff my mother used to, no China or crystal. I guess I like colourful plates. But I can appreciate the beauty of it. Not to mention the work, since it can’t go in the dishwasher!

Good morning. Rusty probably went into surgery at six since she had to be there at 4:30. They usually require one and a half hours for prep. She may be done and hopefully resting in her bed.
Regarding my liquid diet. Right now I am on full liquid which is actually pretty generous
before surgery while Judy was busy making pies I was busy making and freezing soup so that’s a big part. At the hospital they also serve grits so I’m doing those in different ways. I’m not eating much so I have my only meal probably between one and two and I find I feel so much better.
I think I’ve always overate and always at the wrong time. I know I have been sleeping straight eight hours since I’ve been on this diet . In a few weeks I’ll graduate to soft food that will encompass a lot more

Jemian the restrictions have no alcohol although I agree with you beer is very nutritious. I personally prefer a heavy stout maybe a chocolate or vanilla stout

Soups will be so good for you once you can eat. Smart to get them all made up and frozen so you don’t have to bother with that while you’re on the mend.
I can’t comment on the grits....never had one lol. To sleep for eight hours.....I’m so jealous.
