Whoever the brain addled individual was that created that meme is a fraud, a liar, and is dead wrong. Lead poisoning has destroyed so many young vibrant lives. On occasion lead poisoning still kills the young and has been the cause of miscarriages.
I could go on and on about the adverse health affects. Lead poisoning is especially dangerous for newborns and children up to 6 years old. Even adults who have gotten to much lead in their bodies can have permanent negative effects.
I truly hope you will consider having the moderators remove that post from our thread. It has no place in our thread where truth matters.
A bit inconvenient, but from my nursing education, the studies were done and data collected from low income families (ghetto) where dwellings were in poor condition resulting in chipping paint and airborne particles not helped by single/ inattentive parents. Living conditions were the major factor, creating the problem that gave the excuse. They already knew their surveillance and control system wouldn’t work if everyone lived in a faraday cage. The WWII nurses were quite savvy, and a couple were children during The Spanish Flu. I knew vaccines were heinous before graduation, and yes, I had microbiology. The school I graduated from was #1 in the state 10 years running when I started. I went to work in a prestigious university hospital heavy into research- very educational.

Plumbers worked with lead and even old soldering when turned into fumes is extremely dangerous. One wouldn't think an electrician would be poisoned but one was. He was trying to quit smoking and went to chewing on the wiring coating instead of chewing gum. He can no longer even work due to the result.
The worst case I ever heard of was a young mother accidently poisoning her own infant by feeding it her own breastmilk. She had been exposed and the lead had been stored in her bones (up to 30 years). Her body took the lead out believing it was iron (Fe) that the baby needed, they grow rapidly and need lots of iron; its just the lead mimics iron. So she had the lead in her own breastmilk which she fed to the baby. Insidious. As I've stated before, I can go on and on about the hazards of lead.
The wire coating had lead in it.

So, I don’t have to dig thru Truth, twitter, Bannon, GP, etc as the important issues show up on my go to’s

The house I live in now was built in the early 50’s. We have a wonderful deep freestone well but we don’t drink the water that comes through the pipes because we don’t know if the old pipes were ever replaced or not.
I have a PUR filter in the kitchen that is supposed to remove lead, but we drink bottled water. I filter my dogs’ water in the kitchen.
We had the water tested when we bought the old farm, and it didn’t show any contamination by the pipes but still....not doing it. I have been under the house inspecting things and the pipes look like galvanized.
We know the wiring was replaced about 40 years ago, but we don’t know about the pipes. Of course, the wiring is old now. We have been here since 1989. Almost 70-year-old farmhouses are fun.
I remember the tests for lead in the ghettos. They were trying to explain the low IQs and learning disabilities of so many people that lived and grew up there. Old rural housing can be just as bad even if it’s not low-income people.
Lead poisoning is definitely true.

Regarding lead and plumbing and electrical - yes, lead/tin solder was used extensively in homes with copper plumbing for decades. My house, built around 2000 has soldered copper piping, but I’m not really sure of the lead content - some time in the fairly recent past, lead-based solder was replaced with other metals for use in plumbing.
Lead was desirable for its longevity and low melting temperature - soldering can be done at a MUCH lower temperature than welding. And, a properly soldered pipe joint supposedly had no lead contact with the water inside. The solder flowed freely in the cleaned portion of the pipe, which should not be in contact with where the water flows. “should”...
Regarding electrical, there hasn’t been much in the way of soldered connections in house wiring in a long time. If your electrical was redone in the late 80s, it is almost certain to have not involved lead.
Where lead was extensively used in the electric power industry was with older underground cabling, such as that found in many older cities. In Cleveland Ohio, we used lead sheathing to protect the insulation and interior conductors in our distribution cables under downtown. And a LOT of that is still in service. I remember watching, back in the mid 80s, an underground cable guy building a “pothead” (termination where the underground cable exits the ground and attaches to above ground conductors). He had a small pot with a little burner under it and would “paint” layers of lead over the finished terminal with a wire brush of some sort. Think of that - working with a pot of molten lead every day. Not good.

What did you tell your patients about aspartame? Have you seen the latest studies? Did you recommend the vaxx to your patients? Why do doctors receive practically no training in nutrition? Did you ask your patients to cut eggs out of their diets? How about butter? Did you tell your patients to eat margarine instead? Are you still prescribing statins? How many “vaccines” are you giving children? Do you accept money from big pharma? How many people on FR did you encourage to get the vaxx?
How do we know you are even really a doctor?
Excuse me if I question everything. I was once a patient rights advocate in a large teaching hospital. I know exactly how often doctors make mistakes. And I’ve seen them laugh together amongst themselves after making a mistake.
