The Russian public considers the NATO led Ukrainian war an existential threat and they are tired of the threat, and they want/support definitive action to END the threat. If it was a failed CIA effort, then perhaps Russia is stating that it's targeting the CIA? And/or NATO? |

Where I grew up, there were a lot of Eastern Europe families along with a sprinkling of us Germans, Italians, Irish, just about everything European. A lot of the kids with whom I went to school had parents that spoke fluidly in the native tongue, but not as well in English. But they managed.
I had a paper route as an early teen - the multitude of accents was interesting.
Then I moved south - a totally different world regarding accents, as you might imagine.
