A constitutional Republic makes it necessary for the purpose of party propaganda to overuse the word “democracy”, to manipulate its traditional use back when America was traditional and majority consensus was civil and more civilized.
Thanks to terrible education among the impoverished or crime ridden districts, the have-nots (for a couple of generations) are fewer who are able to overcome their meager needy background. It leaves a hunger for care and unity, even when its offered by Wolves.
I believe “democracy”, in the style of Pelosi-speak, is a marketing tool for the Party. It is used to assume-the-sale of what they sell.
Democracy is used in that context to imply “care” and “Unity”.

Unfortunately, this late in the game it’s going to take much more than just supplemental Nattokinase. He would have to do a complete overhaul in diet and supplements in order to allow the body to heal, and even then it’s questionable. Look into Keto + Intermittent Fasting. There are some really good docs on YouTube that show you how to do it— look up Dr. Berg, Dr. Boz and Dr. Sten Ekberg (he’s my favorite and he has a practice in Georgia where he sees patients). They’re very informative about healing lots of different issues.
