This week, Walmart announced it will shut down four of its stores in Chicago just weeks after America’s biggest employer shuttered its only stores in Portland.
It comes as shoplifting reaches alarming levels and other large retailers, including Target, Macy’s and Best Buy, are now making good on threats to shutter outlets if petty crime was not lowered.
In 2021 retailers lost a combined $94.5billion to shrink, a term used to describe theft and other types of inventory loss. And organized retail crime incidents soared by 26.5 per cent in the same year, according to the 2022 National Retail Security Survey.
Along with brazen daylight thefts, self-checkouts have also made it easier for people to walk out without paying for items.
Progressive district attorneys in cities like Chicago, New York, Portland and California have also been blamed for effectively legalizing shoplifing with either not prosecuting thefts under $950, or letting criminals off with a slap on the wrist.

I think "Soros" is a front for other financial powers who choose to remain anonymous.
The British Pound story is just an old chestnut they trot out to provide a plausible cover story (if you don't do the arithmetic) for the vast sums of money this "individual" funnels into political causes all over the world.
The pattern is the same as claiming Epstein obtained his wealth as a Wall Street investor, when no one in that community was familiar with him having any significant investment activity.
In both these cases, Epstein and Soros, a fictional financial biography was installed with the aid of media. The purpose was/is to hide the true sources of funds utilized in the intelligence game. In Soros' case at least, this includes attempting to seize control of foreign governments as surely as the CIA has ever done. Come to think of it, that's probably what Epstein was trying to accomplish as well.
The relaxed drug laws around the world are just another arrow in the cabal’s quiver to destroy families and society. I just filled a Financial Disclosure Form, which asks very general questions, and under which very little can be “gleaned,” and the Fake New York Times just ripped me. They said I had a lot of debt, which I don’t, refused to discuss my great assets or my CASH position, which is BIG and VERY underlevered, and, of course, always takes a shot at TRUTH SOCIAL, where I’m able to get the word out like never before.
