Either it is an itchy latex mask, or Brandon is VERY dehydrated and his loose skin is "tenting" - which is indicative of a very dangerous level of dehydration.
I've tried to follow the body-double theories...some sound plausible, others do not. I'm not sure about this example. I watch for "brown-eyed Joe" who pops up now and then, or Earlobes Joe, but what would be a good clue is some good (clean/live) voice print captures or simply touch-DNA. Either way, it's just plain odd!

(So Obama was targeting blacks for the bio-weapons shots and he clearly knew they would be harmed at the very least and some killed due to the very nature of the shots and the deadly boosters that followed.)
