Further, Shmucky feels that Trump also needs to be subjected to made up legal concepts based on the persecutor violating the Statute of Limitations on a misdemeanor bootstrapped to a non-existent Federal felony that he has no authority to pursue. So, Trump is indeed being subjected to made-up laws no one has ever heard of before. Bragg is certainly loyal to Soros.
The indictment is sealed so all is speculation.
I really think there is a larger 'mind' behind this. I think it was the Gateway Pundit that suggested Andrew Weissmann. Perhaps Oblamo except I wonder if he is this legally bold. Geo S0r0s is not a legal hound, although he would undoubtedly spend a few million to press this ridiculous paste-together theater. Or perhaps it is a deranged fantasy by a narcissistic Stavros Blowfeld.
When we see the indictment(s) we will have a better picture of the brilliance or stupidity behind this. Right now it appears to present grounds for Bragg's disbarrment.

I saw that today. I don’t know what to think of it. If a report does come out I will have been wrong. I had a different expectation.

My view is that a “report” means a list of criminal indictments. He is a prosecutor.
