HELP!!! Kidney Stone. How do I lessen the pain and pass quickly?

Experienced a kidney stone 25 years ago. Doctor at that time went in invasively to get it and remove
Three nights ago, I was struck with another kidney stone attack. Lasted about 2 hours in the middle of the night.
24 hours later. Another one. Could feel the pain and the stone moving farther south.
Another one early this morning, still painful but I believe stone is making progress.
Refuse to go to any clinic or hospital, what do my wise freeper friends suggest to speed up the process and alleviate the pain.

If the cause of kidney stones for a person is low potassium, she can drink juice made from peeled apples regularly and have an optimum potassium level.
Having a good potassium level prevents kidney, bladder, and gallbladder stones.

...and the pain got bad enough I had to pull off the road, and I suddenly had the feeling the pain was going to go up to the point I wouldn’t be able to call anyone on my cell phone, and thought I might have to flop out of the car on the side of the road and hope someone saw me and stopped.Exactly my experince but I was far from home.
(Just 24 hours earlier I was contemplating entering a slot canyon in Utah with my faithful pooch.)

Make a regular appointment and get a CAT scan or X-Ray to see where and how big it is. Fine with that. ER runs unless you’re dying are not a good idea.
