The one time I went skydiving I had a fully-trained parachutist strapped to my back.
I was supposed to pull the cord, but he had to put my hand on the ripcord to remind me to pull it because I was enjoying the freefall too much.
“Jump”? There is the first mistake......
blonde
She looks a little strange in her pictures...
Wonder if it was livestreamed.
I would rather die and be buried anonymously as a bum in a potter’s field than be remembered as an internet “influencer.”
There cannot poss8bly be anything more useless in the entire known Universe.
I don’t see the need to jump out of a perfectly good airplane...
Wokester applied their lousy school habits to skydiving school and probably mixed in a little selfie distraction.
Shoulda paid attention in class.
‘Darwinism’
After watching this, I’ve concluded that the girl took some exotic drugs based on her “influencer” ramblings.
Splat!
Tanya (Splat) Pardazi, 21, fell to her death on August 27...
Did a solo jump in 1990 and flailed around like an idiot until the chute pulled, then I suddenly thought I was James Bond. Was a great jump ‘though and fun steering the chute to exactly where you want to land. However, I can understand the terror and panic she must have felt. Terrible.
Up until the last few feet she was doing fine!
How do I get to be a FreeRepublic influencer. All my posts get trashed!

Pardazi “released a quickly rotating main parachute at a low altitude without the time/altitude required for the reserve parachute to inflate.”
That would not happen to me..
There’d be no ‘without the time/altitude’ issue..
It’d be the exact opposite..
Unless the parachutes failed..
Darn close to the second after they pushed me out against my will, at the highest altitude, I’d be pulling all sorts of cords..
Another Canadian Woman,” I am woman , hear me roar!”
Darwin Award.
Canada has the equivalent of the Equal Rights Amendment, thank goodness we do not in the USA. We have enough ball busters as it is.
May she rest in Peace.Tragic accident that should not have happened.
Tik tik tik splat
Pardazi, a philosophy student at the University of Toronto, had opened her parachute too late during her dive.
Skydive Toronto said in a statement posted to Facebook that Pardazi “released a quickly rotating main parachute at a low altitude without the time/altitude required for the reserve parachute to inflate.”

I thought for a first dive, they attached a static line to ensure the ripcord was pulled as you exit the plane? Apparently not.
Free jumping after one day of ground school? No static line?
