About $3.39/gallon but disclaimer, I did not fill up. Just $12 of gas.
Now in 1969, it was 19.9 at the gas station I saw when my parents passed it.

$2.50/gallon .... had $1.50/gallon in “fuel points” from Kroger. Good for up to 35 gallons ... filled 6 5-gallon cans & put the rest in the car. We have really been tracking those fuel points & making sure we use them before they expire.

You can save quite a bit with the Open Roads card and app. Almost a buck a gallon at some places. It isn’t a credit card as it is linked to you bank account and works like a debit card.

I don't pay much attention any more. I moved to a 100-year-old Southern mansion in "Mayberry" (pop. 2000) last April, and everywhere I go is within about half mile. My gym is on my side porch, so no driving necessary there, and I work from home.
I'm the epitome of the white male "boomer" that they are trying to destroy, and my response was simply to put them in the rear view mirror.
If they come for me here, I'll sell this place and put the entire country in the rear view mirror (and I still won't need much gas).

Stopped in downtown Phoenix and got $3.88 cash for gas. Normally I do Sam’s club whic is hovering around $4.05 in Phoenix….It was LESS than 2 years ago that we paid UNDER $2.00 a gallon. Thank you President Trumpforallowing America to be energyIndependent - all democrats SUCK for what they have brought us!

It’s been a while but gas was $4.19 last time I filled up . Unfortunately I bought the Squaw a new 2022 Kia Rio 5 door Hatchback for her birthday in June and the little beater has been getting consistently over 50 mpg’s . We are retired and only put a grand or so every 6 months . I filled it up twice since June and might need a 3rd tank next week . We like to take the back roads and hyper mile the Rio . Just don’t understand why folk want to play kid games with vulnerable electric toys . You’ll get your loved ones killed in the winter here in these Buckeye Hills .

Missouri. Paid $4.24 last week and it’s back up to a high of $4.89 this week just as dementia perv prez tweeted bragging about gas prices going down.
