Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

I saw photos of her floating around in the water with other passengers after the crash. She was smiling. I vaguely remember that another passenger reported that she suddenly disappeared from the surface of the water (pulled under by a scuba diver and drowned?). I understand that people who seem fine can suddenly die from an internal injury. Whichever it is, I believe that she’s the late Loretta Fuddy.

That ended with the New Deal.
Today if something needs to be addressed, the people of the town will get together, form a committee -- and petition government to address the problem. Since 1933, people have looked to government for solutions, not to themselves.

Wisconsin State Representative Janel Brandtjen, Chairman of the Committee on Campaign and Elections, declared her request for the decertification of the November 2020 presidential election.
I think I figured it out.
I don’t think a person has to be a NBC to be a Vice President, so no challenge was made to Harris merely being on the ticket or even serving after Biden stole the Presidency. So the proper time to make the eligibility challenge would be upon the removal of Biden, by death or incapacity.
The 25th Amendment to the Constitution, Section 2, states:
“Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.”
Since Harris is not eligible to be President, she’s not eligible to nominate a new Vice President, so now both positions are vacant. However, the Constitution provides that if neither the President nor Vice President can serve, the Congress shall provide law stating who is next in line. Currently that law exists as 3 USC 19, a section of the U.S. Code. This law was established as part of the Presidential Succession Act of 1947. There, the following line of succession is provided (https://usconstitution.net/consttop_succ.html):
Speaker of the House of Representatives
then a whole bunch of others
In light of all of these provisions, I don’t see any Constitutional crisis or situation that wasn’t already contemplated that avoids Pelosi becoming President.

The Presidential Succession Act was intended to provide succession in the event of a decapitation strike on the US Gov't, not temporary vacancies. Just like someone in that Act doesn't attend the State of the Union address. Designated survivor.

I agree with you that, if the election is decertified, the LoS as it applies to Biden, Harris and Pelosi becomes irrelevant. I was trying to figure out the LoS if the election is not decertified, which is where we stand today and should Biden be removed by whatever means tomorrow.
Devolution is the best case scenario and one I do believe has happened, but normies are talking about succession absent devolution. I was hoping to speak to them on their level and provide accurate feedback based on their level of awakening (not very awake), current circumstances (election results not voided) and existing legislative and Constitutional provisions. You’ve been helpful in talking me through that. Sometimes I just need to say things out loud or in writing to get clarity.
