Meteorites are not ‘flaming rocks of doom,' NASA says
The “bright fireball” was traveling at 35,000 mph when it exploded at 8:03 a.m. with the “energy equivalent of 3 tons of TNT,” according to NASA Meteor Watch, the agency's project that tracks fireball activity.
“Existing law states that any meteorites belong to the owner of the property on which they fell; out of respect for the privacy of those in the area, we will not disclose the locations of these finds,”
And finding anything of value is likely harder than you think.
“The pieces from this object were way too small to leave a crater. Unlike what you see in the movies, meteorites are not ‘flaming rocks of doom’ that blast holes in the ground. In fact, you can pick one up right after it hits ground. So no smoking rocks in small craters.”

So far the only thing I have accomplished this week is I did get the cauliflower, blanched and riced and frozen. Almost thirty pounds of it.
I am going to pickle the rest, should be about 12 quarts.
But my brain also appears to be pickled as I hit a X/6 on Wordle and can't solve a connect three to save my life.

I will go to Walmart today, but first, I need to go through the pantry, refrigerator, and freezer and see what we already have. The other person who shops always skips that step, resulting in an accumulation of things nobody wants.
Hoo-boy. I had one of those persons for a while. I’m really glad I don’t any more because I just don’t have room for Stuff.
I didn’t fall asleep until after 2200, and was uneasy and restless the rest of the night.
Now I’m going to go take my shower, hoping I feel better when I’m done.
Ice pick headaches are starting my day off. Unngh.

The Princess is going to see her doctor. We’ll find out if her reduced eating has impacted her weight, among other things. At lest we’re into the next seizure “zone”. If she keeps to past patterns we don’t have to worry for a while. But then, those patterns aren’t a promise.

Unpredictable it right, and uncomfortable is too mild a descriptor.

It’s not just one headache. It’s a bunch of headaches that feel just like the name implies.
The shower felt good, the rain is still raining and I don’t want to go anywhere.
Maybe Jake and Shannon need to go play in the rain.
I wouldn’t know it’s raining except for hearing it come down the drain pipe. It’s giving us a good soaking.
I hope Princess Dog is OK, and that the food has made the difference.
