After much thought my only suggestion is and don’t take this personally but jeez grow a pair and remind Mrs. End Times “who’s your Daddy”. Somebody has to say it.

I have a belt rig for the P32 which looks like a cell phone holster and have tested the little Underwood extreme cavitator rounds for it and like them. Gives that little gun a severe punch to a bad guy if needed. I also carry a CZ82 occasionally, with two extra mags ... it’s a sign of the times.

Hey, not only 2ndA helps women become more equal, how about old 82 age geysers like me also feel better protected by owning a firearm or two. My hands are still steady, and I can shoot a dozen rounds inside a 6” circle at target 30 feet away.
I hope you won’t try the solution that worked for me.
My wife was mildly anti-gun for quite a few years, and I was respectfully discrete about the fact that I have guns and spend a lot of time shooting. The night we had three intruders on the property who didn’t mean well and it took the police more than 20 minutes to get there, she changed her mind. Now she checks to make sure I’m armed at least daily, which is almost as annoying as her objecting to guns.
I've made that same observation of that dynamic. Curiously, a boyfriend taking a girlfriend to a range to teach her to shoot is a fun date...and generally I've noticed girlfriends tend to be very receptive and have a lot of fun.
Wives being coached by a husband? Not so much.

Sometimes, I'll attend (usually) a sporting event where you have to pass through a metal detector manned by a 75 IQ "human" and arguing with him/her and his/her 76 IQ supervisor makes locking it up for the short time I'm in the stadium a better option.

There are several solutions mentioned on this thread that don’t involve locking guns in a safe, which was your only answer.
I don’t know what to tell you about improving comprehension, maybe talk it over with a neurologist, but until then, probably stop weighing in on discussions you can’t possibly understand.

I see a few problems here:
1) If you cannot access easily, you cannot practice dry fire.
2) If you cannot practice dry fire, when things get crucial, you are likely to fumble and/or miss.
3) She needs to be educated about the need for a firearm on your person. Show her, daily, nearby violent crime reports. Show her, daily, the NRA’s “Armed Citizen” column, which reports defensive uses of firearms.
4) If she is still resistant, simply inform her that this is the way it is. You will dry-fire practice, and it will be on your person at all times.
5) Either she accepts, or she divorces. Either way is a win.
Having read through the thick and think the 100 posts, and as a long married guy as well as a Christian, I understand the issue of marital disagreements.
I carry 23.5/7/365 and have for most of our 39.8 years of marriage. She knows that I would kill or be killed for her.
In the end, her objections are to be taken seriously, what aversion does she state? As you must know, marital discourse must be resolved by a mutually satisfying solution.
Show her your live and commitment by seeking out her issues and offering solutions.
Has she had bad experiences with violence? From a man who should’ve been a protector? Have you ever scared her past her limit?
Has she been the victim of violent crime?
Women are far too complex for a simple answer. Usually.
Do the foot work and find out her needs, ignore the ball busters, even though in a rough sense(and I happen to be rough man) they are right, but not correct.
Be the leader and not a tyrant. Pray for a solution.
