House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's bizarre behavior during Biden's State of the Union address last night distracted viewers from the President's comments and had some asking if she was 'on drugs' or 'drunk'.
Pelosi was sitting directly behind the President and was in full view throughout the speech, that went on for an hour and two minutes.
The 81-year-old behaved erratically throughout, jumping up and rubbing her knuckles in glee after Biden spoke of soldiers breathing in toxic air at one point.
At other moments, she rubbed her tongue over her teeth inside her mouth.
The bizarre behavior inspired a wave of memes comparing her to Jim Carey in Me, Myself and Irene.

Nancy Pelosi is our current dictator. It’s not Obama or some secretive Clintonista cabal, it’s her. Joe & Kam are nothing but placeholders. Nancy calls all the shots behind closed doors. As third in line, you can bet the rent she made the real pecking order known.
Apparently Chuckie the Shoe had the same issue at one point in the speech. They really think we’re so stupid their theatrics will be effective.

It would explain the mouth movements, I can see that one but it would not explain the ‘jumping up’ and rubbing hands thing.
Dyskinesia is a movement disorder so weird hand movements wouldn’t be surprising. Or, she could simply be insane :)

I really hope Trump uses footage of her doing that with some ads. It’d be really great if he splices that in along with her tearing up the papers. She’s deranged.
