Harris said the pandemic 'has exasperated' the disparities in the health care system
Vice President Kamala Harris on Monday called for a health care workforce that "looks like America" and asserted that the COVID-19 pandemic has exposed the systemic inequities in the health care system.
Harris announced the Biden administration will be investing $1.5 billion from the COVID-19 relief package to tackle the shortage of health care workers in high-risk and underserved communities.

My wife's Mother ended up in Hosp...not taking her Med's correctly some early dementia.
Ended up in LB Hosp.....I'm not racist at all...but the nurses there were all bitch Filipinas,,,,And I never talk like that..
I was told a Doc would call me...never happened...I called back...they were rude bitches..Told them again to have the Doc call me...
Nothing.

Time to set up “agencies” to insure “diversity” is happening.

Yeah, I’m thinking she wants hard-core quotas and lower standards in med schools and residencies beyond the AA stuff that’s been going on for decades.

My nurse was from Somalia and she was as kind as kind can be. Just a super nurse.

I was at a hospital recently visiting and to me, 70% of the nurses and doctors WERE NOT WASPS. So Giggles wants more white Europeans?

You are right - but even that would be a distortion of the truth.
She should have said that Covid has highlighted the differences. I doubt namely that, over the mere 21 months of the epidemic, demographics have noticeably shifted.
