It’s incredible to watch so many health , law ,military , really anyone ready to say Lets Brandon Go not because they are afraid of vaccines but simply because we are Americans and should be able to make out me own informed decision!!!
Frightening times and something must be done.
Last week I had to make a hard decision regarding getting the vaccine to keep my job. I’m the last in my immediate family, so far they’ve been okay, as am I.
I fully support anybody who doesn’t want to get it, and I’ll wish no ill feeling or ill health to those who got it.
It’s speculation at the moment, but I’m confident were going to see a booster mandate before to long. That’s the hill I’ve chosen to die on.

The problem is the countless dead the suffered because NO ONE IN THE GOVERNMENT AND MEDIA ALLOWED ANYTHING TO BE SAID ABOUT THERAPEUTICS.

Yes, I am pleasantly surprised we are seeing this much pushback. And so many who are risking their careers and futures over this. Gives hope that we might win back the USA again sometime down the road.
Given what you post, do you have a plan for when they decline?
I realize that everyone’s position in life will be different at this point, but I expect most will know whether their religious objection will be accepted, or not. If it would be accepted, I would think the mandate would not actually be there, in most cases.
It seems given, to me, that an employee with this mandate is heading for a break with their company or forced compliance. Yuck! Breaks are usually best made clean.
I hope that you still have options for resisting this.

This is exactly the same for us. My husband is filing for religious exemption also, but like you doesn’t expect to get it. He just celebrated 35 years with the same company in September. Very sad. This will change everything for us too, but you can’t follow Christ and not suffer.

A very interesting bit of readings for Mass this past Sunday and this is how you know the Lord talks to you -

I asked the Lord for a sign, as I was torn about what to do, not knowing what the readings were going to be. He gave me the sign of what to do.

We have felt your pain. We always knew neither one of us would take the vaccine, but wondered if his job would ever mandate. We’ll I guess 40 million in government contracts made the decision for them. Very sad. I will keep your family in prayer, please keep mine in yours.

I don’t feel like I’m standing up. I feel discouraged and sad, and frequently in disbelief that we’re facing this situation.
