Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

This is only one link in a larger system. I've read that medical nanobot technology will better manage chronic illnesses like diabetes by manufacturing and dispensing medications on demand within the body. So, we're gonna be wifi anyway. With graphene mesh, arhythmia should be possible to induce.

If Trump had just told people a year or so ago what Covid-19 was intended by the cabal to lead up to, he would have just sounded like Alex Jones.
Now when you bring up the name Alex Jones with someone and they ask who he is and you explain he is this guy with an internet show who is into conspiracy theories and one of them that a cabal wants to control the world through exaggerating a virus and coming up with a supposed vaccine and forcing everyone to get it, there might be a 50/50 chance that the person you are talking to doesn’t think Alex Jones is so crazy.
If Alex Jones isn’t crazy, then it is not a far leap for Trump to finally come out and make the same points as Jones— with the backing of what military intelligence has found and the part of the evidence that can be shown at this point.

It’s a stressful time and it’s been stressful for years now. I’m surprised we’re holding up as well as we are, and we all feel the need to rant. I hit a little white ball and chase it so I can hit it again and again. That’s how I handle my stress or I’d be on a never-ending rant. We’re all passionate about the issues and there are a lot of very smart people on these threads. Our posters are very good at presenting and analyzing well-reasoned positions, and you’re among the best, but differences of opinion are still inevitable. We don’t need to apologize for that unless we’ve been rude or cruel.

The other possibility is that Biden is not in custody per se, but has received a visit by some high-ranking military folks who have shown him the file they have on him, warned him that they are ready to take action, and have given 48 hours to make a choice.
