White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki has just put out this statement following Joe Biden’s meeting with G7 leaders earlier today.
“The President conveyed that our mission in Kabul will end based on the achievement of our objectives,” it begins.
Biden, she says, also “confirmed we are currently on pace to finish by August 31”.

It says it gets into your cells better if you take zinc. I wonder how much they think. My multivitamin has 78% of what is typically needed a day. I don’t want to get crazy and be taking all sorts of things, on top of all the crazy things I’m already taking.

Pray for the safety of my oldest daughter and grandchildren. This was to close to her house last night. Pray for our community and our country. This is getting worse EVERY DAY. :-(
SHOTS FIRED MONDAY NIGHT
About fifteen minutes later, officers responded to a report of a drive-by on an occupied house on the 2600-block of W Marie. One occupant inside the house had a fragment, either part of a bullet or an object struck by a bullet, strike them in the arm; they were treated by medics at the scene. No other occupants were injured. Bullet damage was observed on the house and a parked car. Spent casings and other evidence were recovered from the scene. A dark car was reportedly seen driving away. In the case of the drive-by on Marie, gang activity has not been ruled out. Case 21-24878 Drive-By Shooting, Officer T. Groom.
We cannot speculate on whether any or all of these are related. We cannot speculate on whether they are related to other recent shootings in the Tri-Cities. Anyone with information about any of these cases is urged to call Dispatch at (509)628-0333.

I’m already taking plenty of zinc. I was already taking it, then my retina doctor put me on supplement to help slow down macular degeneration and it has 90 mg a day. I take quercetin too.

90 mg, that’s pretty high since my multivitamin has eight. So it looks like it’s perfectly safe to take more zinc. Oh, I think I’ll order some.
