90 mg, that’s pretty high since my multivitamin has eight. So it looks like it’s perfectly safe to take more zinc. Oh, I think I’ll order some.

I was taking 25 since covid. Then this other has 90 plus other stuff so I dropped and take Preservation AREDS2. So I wouldn’t worry about taking more than 8.
