Associate Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh and his ongoing cover-up of the murder of Vince Foster
FBI Coverup ^ | 2018 | Ben Barrack

Posted on 07/25/2021 4:58:35 PM PDT by Ben Barrack

Why did Trump nominate Brett Kavanaugh to SCOTUS?? Kavanaugh was lead investigator in Vince Foster case and covered it up, meaning he was COMPROMISED when Trump picked him, but NOT because of the rape allegations; it was something much worse.

Trump should have vetted Kavanaugh. https://www.fbicover-up.com/justice-brett-kavanaugh.html

Instead of accepting it, Trump should have told McConnell that unless he withdrew that suggestion, Trump would publicly call out Kavanaugh’s cover up of Foster murder.

Another one of Trump’s shortcomings - in addition to bad hires - is that while he’s a great counterpuncher, he rarely went on offense.

Offense is what we need.

Kavanaugh, beer drinking frat boy and I wouldn’t believe anything this dude says. He wants to be liked so bad by the other side, he’ll do anything for them.

I read this weak fool with his annoying high voice from day 1. I never liked this guy.......Beer drinking frat boys are nauseating.

Yup.

Democrat nominees are all in on the Democrat / Marxist agenda and do not fear being held accountable by the opposition.

Meanwhile, Republican nominees are ALSO compromised but DO fear being outed by the opposition so they do as they’re told.

Simple.

“People seem to think that once appointed to the bench, Justices should become advocates of a particular side. That’s not how it works, and part of being a conservative Justice, and believing that the judicial branch should be “the least dangerous branch” as Hamilton envisioned, is that judges/justices do not get involved in political issues.”

I’m sorry, but that is baloney. The most important issues facing our Country today was a stolen 2020 election and the danger of imminently losing our Republic to a new Communist/Fascist state being brought into being by the radical left of the Dem Party along with a corrupt and willing MSM.

Plus the furtherance of the radical takeover of gov’t by the young Brown-shirted brainwashed youth movement, BLM, and Antifa, with emphasis on cancel culture to destroy all that we hold sacred. They have been put into service by their ideological and elitist White masters whose ultimate goal is total control over the masses (that’s us) by dividing us using racism as their cudgel and exploiting class divisions. The means of indoctrination is the far left educational system who have been at work brainwashing our youth for years.

To make matters worse, there is the complicity of Big Tech and our Woke and Weak Corporations, hoping to stave off their being the last ones the alligators eat.

Meanwhile, there sit the Supremes, weak, ineffectual, placating the religious right by issuing decisions that seemingly favor their causes (momentarily) as a deflection from their most basic duty of protecting our capitalistic and freedom based Country from being taken over by ideological enemies of the State. It’s subterfuge.

Throw the masses a few religious bones, while totally ignoring the hardcore political decisions that must be made to protect the Constitution they are allegedly sworn to uphold, and saving our Republic from the vice-like and ever tightening grip of the radicals that would overthrow our gov’t and destroy our very way of life.

If the Commie/Socialists win this war, then the religious decisions the Court has made will be immediately ignored and religion will be attacked as it always is under any despotic and totalitarian regime for whom gov’t is god, and all must bow their heads to the centralized regime from whom all benefits flow, ... until they run out of other people’s money to spend, thus destroying our economy. Plus once again the gov’t will undoubtedly get us involved in disastrous foreign engagements where our allies will be betrayed, and our enemies allowed free rein.

So the Supreme Court, allegedly with a new majority of conservative alleged Constitution conscious judges, avoids the hard political cases that really count in order to not dirty their hands with mere politics, and who live in fear of a threatened packed Court if they cross the Biden puppet regime with decisions considered by the radicals as not acceptable. A bunch of cowards with the exception of Alito and Thomas.

My suggestion to Conservatives, arm yourselves while you can before further attempts to destroy the Second Amendment occurs, and create new media networks as workarounds from the oppressive censorship occurring daily, and before it’s too late. Okay you wealthy Pubs, you want to stay that way? Then you better finance new media with platforms to equal Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and the corrupt and widespread control by most of the MSM, because those who control the organs of communication are those who will rule over our citizens.

Of all the times in U.S. history to have a bunch of weak-kneed, ineffectual and politically cowed and compromised Supremes, it has to happen now when our way of life is on the line, and they sit there avoiding politics, our very lifeblood as a society, in a misbegotten attempt to stay above it all, while we turn into a Communist h*ll hole right before our very eyes. I am beyond disgust.

It is significant that Kavanagh wasn’t on the list Trump said Scalia’s replacement would be selected from back in 2016. Kavanagh wasn’t Scalia’s replacement but it is still odd. I read that Kennedy gave as a condition of stepping down that Trump appoint Kavanagh. Anyone Kennedy wants has to be bad.

I find it highly improbable that nearly all of Trump’s important picks were “bad”. I believe there are stronger political ($$$) forces at work that have totally corrupted our institutions and his admin was collateral damage.

We must not ignore the bipartisan nature of Never Trumpism and the desire of all in the swamp to defeat the MAGA agenda.

I have no doubt many of these “bad” picks would have better served our President and country had Trump had the support of his own party. Hoe different Barr might have acted had the GOP been supportive of firing Sessions? How different might the FBI acted had the GOP Congress engaged their criminality in 2017? Trump got exactly zero supportive oversight from his own party and here we are.

“Judges must never be the partisan defenders of conservatism. In a democracy, we elect representatives to enact laws. Those on the bench must resist the temptation to do so. Then the unelected bench becomes the most dangerous branch when judges impose their political/social values on others.
By the way, this is what separates liberals from conservatives when it comes to the role of judges in society.”

Yes, the liberals fight below the belt while conservatives fight according to the King’s rules and are polite while our way of life ends up in the toilet because we don’t fight fire with fire. You’ll go down with your purist ship rather than realize the necessity of sometimes having to stoop to their level in order to defeat the enemy.

The fight has gone out of so many of our citizens, and we will lose our Country because of it if we don’t wake up (not be woke) immediately before it’s too late. Trump fights and doubles down, most don’t and will end up on the short end of the stick and the ash-heap of history because of it.

By the way, this is what separates liberals from conservatives when it comes to the role of judges in society.

Again, I know what I’m talking about here. If you look to the judicial branch to solve your problems, you are looking in the wrong place. Elect conservative representatives to do that job.

So we should forget SCOTUS and count on the 145 Republicans who just voted to keep Liz Cheney in leadership after she voted to impeach Trump based on a Democrat hoax?

Don’t hold your breath waiting for that “conservative” GOP cavalry to arrive. It ain’t coming.

We need all hands on deck now. If that means Thomas and Alito leading an “activist” SCOTUS in support of liberty so be it. This war and only one side is fighting.

You and I are singing from the same playbook on this thread. It’s nice to have an ally.

Thank you for the very interesting source of information on Vince Foster—one of the stinkiest plays by the left and shoved by them right in our faces.

HOW MANY boxes of papers did Hillary stooge Cheryl Mills carry out of his office before any law enforcement arrived ?

Respectfully........ your remedy is the electoral process, not with judges who are sworn to apply the law, whether they like the law or not. Judges are not elected for this purpose.

I’m no fan of Kavanaugh, but I don’t think it’s an open-and-shut case against Kavanaugh. It is quite likely that the young man could not believe just how unbelievably evil the Clinton crime family is.

The Foster “suicide” make Kavanaugh’s notes on the Foster case very interesting. I spent a few days reading them all back when he was being confirmed.

Trump’s number one mistake was trusting anything with the stink of the Bush clan. Every Bush loyalist stabbed the nation in the back to destroy Trump.

I find it highly probable. There are 4,000 political employees who serve at the pleasure of the President. Obama left the bureaucracy filled with leftist looks. I remember Mark Levin railing that Trump needed to fire them all. He was right. That wasn’t done, nor anything remotely like it. This his government was thoroughly seeded with fifth columnists from day one. A government militantly opposed to its leader and determined to thwart him at revert turn.
