Yes my house is air conditioned. I hate to see the electric bill though.

It’s not possible to be emotionally stable and still be a devotee of Fauciism who is willing to mask up again *even after vaccination*
This is a mass hysteria-induced mental illness, along the lines of witch burning in late 16th century Europe
MTG is a courageous patriot. In addition to being a Member of Congress, she is a business owner and understands more than just swamp politics.
I put the asterisks in—Don Jr. has had enough of Fauci, as we all have!

NEW: Fauci says CDC recommending that fully vaccinated Americans wear masks in public is “under active consideration’’
Now that’s interesting, about the fire extinguishers. I didn’t even think you could not have one. For some reason I thought every kitchen just came with one or was required. But I don’t know by who.
Great idea, I’m glad you have found a way to circumvent the evil doers.
Today, I saw a 30-something man walking by himself wearing a mask. There was no one else in sight. I cannot believe these people.
That’s great, always looking out for us. He knows how to set boundaries. And how to let countries know what our boundaries are, a lot like Reagan did.
Maybe in California or some other nanny state! LOL
But no, at least not here. I could see where an apartment complex might have one installed in each unit as part of fire codes, but I doubt there’s such a regulation here.
Even a brand-new modular home I moved into back in 2006 didn’t come with a fire extinguisher.
I know what you’re saying, that’s why it is so bizarre that I never even thought about it. Just took them for granted.
Corduroy is doing great today, eating well. Cotton had an abscessed tooth but now she is eating like a little piglet. But the side of her face is all swollen. Even with all that fur I can still see it. But she’ll let me touch it and everything. Before I took her to the vet oh, she wouldn’t let me even near her face. And she didn’t eat. So I don’t know what’s going on. Her vet is closed on Monday so I might need to find another
“I am so glad you clarified that Spirit as it looked to me like it read “the Lord will rejoice over you with girlgirly. NAW!! That can’t be right but that is what I kept seeing. LoL”
ROFL!!! I just now noticed this!
And I don’t even want to know what a girlgirly is...
“I have bad aim”
Lol!!!! Didn’t you recently purchase a gun?
I guess it was a type of sterno, but you didn’t have to put anything in it to start it. I don’t know what the heat source was.
I can’t find a video on it but I ran across this one and they tell about how to make different cook stoves. I might get me the supplies for one of these.

“Dad went with hubby and me for dinner today. It was a new-to-him restaurant. He was miffed that hubs grabbed the check.”
That was nice that you took him out to something different. That is the way older people are. They like to feel they are still good for something and paying the bill is one way.
No!
Cotton, I don’t know where you got that idea that all new homes came with fire-extinguishers. It has never been a requirement in CA or WA unless like Spirit says in apartments. But that might not be the case in CA now. If I am not mistaken I think I read or heard CA is requiring ALL new homes have solar panels on their roofs so maybe fire-extinguishers are also a requirement now.
Dad still writes and arranges music, is writing a book, does a lot of gardening, and cooks for himself. He keeps up an active correspondence via email. His doctor’s office has warned he may need assisted living very soon. Um, that might kill him.
Can anyone make out what creepy Joe is saying???
What a remarkable man your dad is!!
I know that you know, but...what a wonderful blessing.
Thank you for sharing.
“His doctor’s office has warned he may need assisted living very soon. Um, that might kill him.”
My husbands BIL reluctantly went into the retirement home about 3 yrs ago at 93 because his daughter who lives in Texas told him she would feel better. She told me they wouldn’t sell his house for at least a year so if he couldn’t stand living there he could go back home. He LOVED it there because he is such a talker and knows no stranger. He had lots of people to talk with there and things to do. After he recently fell out of his bed and cracked his hip he was going to go back but this time to the assisted living part. Then he fell again while in the re-hab and now they don’t expect him to live much longer so re-hab is keeping him there. :-(
He is saying my butts been wiped.
