Vaccinated for covid or just vaccinated for anything? IIRC about 750 people have died after receiving the Covid vaccine. However the CDC dismmisses this and says none of the deaths are directly attributable to the vaccine.
It's safe to assume almost all Americans have received at least one vaccination over their life time. By 24 months 99% of kids in the US have received a vaccination.
