I know I missed something here, but....
I’ve seen people teach that after the resurrection that Christians/the church replaced Israel as God’s chosen people. Nothing in my Bible teaches that. God told Israel that *THEY* are his chosen people. If God’s changed His promises about that, then how can we trust Him to keep His promises to us?
I think I remember the Bible promising curses to those that curse Israel? Going by memory since I’m at “work”.

I've seen people speculate that the reason is it was the Jews that said ‘Give us Barabbas! Crucify Jesus!’ so it was the Jews that caused Jesus to be crucified. If that's the case, they need to remember that it was the Roman soldiers and Pilate (Gentiles) that pronounced judgment and carried out the crucifixion. Which means, both Jews and Gentiles are equally responsible (and equally redeemed).
Now, if the issue is because of Jews taking over the monetary supply/Illuminati/whatever other conspiracy you can think of, not even worth discussing.

Revisiting FDR’s Four Freedoms
FDR listed the four freedoms – freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom from want, freedom from fear – together, but as Sesame Street used to say, “one of these things is not like the others.” Two of these things are not like the others.
The difference first can be noticed linguistically: two on the list are “freedom of” and two are “freedom from.” But of course, this isn’t just a matter of prepositions. The first two are liberties and the second two are protections that can often be opposed to freedom.
The question for every country on earth is how to balance these opposing forces.
Today’s left only supports those first two liberties in situations where it benefits them. That is, they support their free speech and their own favored religions plus atheism. Otherwise, they actively work against those things for the right or for anyone who would disagree with them. So freedom of speech and religion are merely tools for them, means to ends, and the goal is to protect whatever supports power for the left and squelch anything that does not.
The two “freedom froms” are their statements of protective goals with the idea of getting people to give the left more power. “Freedom from want” is considered by the left to be the government largess that guarantees government assistance in nearly every facet of life. Who will pay? Why the corrupt and undeserving rich. “Freedom from fear” – which FDR explicitly linked to freedom from wars – has expanded to something approximating “no hurt feelings for minorities and other designated victim groups.” It is a policy to be instituted even (or maybe especially) at the expense of the first two freedoms on the list. With COVID restrictions, we can add “freedom from risk of disease, even if the risk is small that the disease will be serious for healthy individuals under 70.”
I will add a third “freedom from” that suits our times: freedom from knowledge, particularly knowledge of history.

Seeing as we, as Christians, as grafted in, we become part of the tree along with the Jewish people, who are the complete root. Those grafted in should be very grateful to the tree, especially the roots. Without it, we have no life.

I was just thinking the same thing. Even after David was anointed the rightful king of Israel, he did not lift his hand against Saul. So, is my attitude toward Israel. They need to come to God through the person and work of Jesus Christ. But woe unto him who lifts his hand against that nation. “It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”
That will make me feel much better.
Had a full stadium here i Texas but the governor refused to throw first pitch.
I just watched an old Andy Griffith show where his girlfriend ran for city council and it started a big women vs men clash in town. I’m surprised it hasn’t been canceled. I wonder what people in those days would think about now. BTW did you see Caitlin Jenneris considering running for governor as a republican? I had seen statements of his/hers before saying he/she has always been a republican, for fiscal reasons.
I’ve known quite a few gays in California that quietly vote republican in California because of taxes and business attitudes. They didn’t really care about wedding cakes that much.
