LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Arkansas General Assembly has voted to override Gov. Asa Hutchinson’s veto of a bill that would ban certain medical treatments for transgender youth.
The vote came one day after the announcement of Hutchinson’s veto of HB1570, called the “SAFE Act” by its sponsors.

Now it’s time to veto Hutchinson.
Good for them!
These medical mutilations should be generally illegal anyway.
Great news! Now get rid of Asa Hutchinson.
He’s the worst kind of traitor to side with the Gaystapo.
Walmart is puppeteering Asa. Both should go.
OH NO!!!!! Now they’ll lose a Final Four or something. How will they EVER survive it????
‘Woke utopia’, the end of the West & a new cult - James Lindsay interview
> [Truly brilliant, {genius really}, analysis of “critical race theory.”
Why watch it? If you don’t want your guilty white family to be herded into a gas chamber by the rampant Woketarians, you seriously need to watch and understand this.]
James Lindsay is a US academic with a background in math and physics. He co-authored the book Cynical Theories which takes a deep dive into the woke movement and its academic roots. Lindsay was also involved in the Grievance studies affair where a group of academics submitted fake papers for peer review to shine a light on poor standards and postmodernist ideas.

👍👍
it’s possible he vetoed it, knowing it would be overriden.
On minors, it’s child abuse. Let them do and pay for what they want when they’re adults.
So now it’s time to boycott Arkansas I suppose.
Hmmm....
Seems like Asa is not representing the people who elected him, and is only going along with the woke crowd instead of what his people elected him to do.
No, not even then. Never accommodate perverted or crazy ... unless you want a lot more of both.
Asa Hutchinson is term limited and can’t run for governor again —Sarah Sanders is considering a run.
I guess Asa thought “what the hell” because he was leaving anyway.....
He’s term limited
“He’s term limited”
Likely explains it. He’s looking to keep ‘clean’ for his post-political lobbying career. Makes sense now.
He made a statement which seemed to say he was in agreement with the goal of the bill, but that it wouldn’t accomplish that goal as written.
They didn’t ban “Treatment”. They banned child abuse.
If he wanted it to become law and vetoed it only because he knew his veto would be overridden, that's even more cowardly and hypocritical.
