Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I will miss him. He did more to educate the masses than anyone person. I had a roommate in college that was nuts about Rush during his Rush to Excellence time. I caught on, listening to his nightly rebroadcasts from WSB out of Atlanta. I could pick up the signal on a Sony Walkman out in the Mohave dessert (Ft Irwin CA) 50k watts travel well at night.
Anyway I feel like I have lost a friend. RIP Rush.

The amendment to the Constitution was considered on 09FEB and was passed in both houses by an improper “majority vote”.
It was then acted upon in the Senate without a Constitutional 2/3rds vote of the States in their Legislatures.

Gen. Glen D. VanHerck is Commander, United States Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command. USNORTHCOM conducts homeland defense, civil support and security cooperation to defend and secure the United States and its interests. “I wanted to look the guy in the eye and get a sense for his soul and I think he probably needed to do that for me as well. So, you know, that was why I really felt it important to go out and sit down and have a cup of coffee with him, talk about it, small group, think through it, make sure we, kinda, had that mind meld.”
So...since the State Legistlatures haven’t done it yet, it’s not amended. But Congress did vote to add an amendment, then? I don’t know how I missed that.
Because it was mislabeled as “impeachment” and “jurisdiction” instead of what is was, an improper amendment to the Constitution allowing the impeachmen of a citizen not holding office.
The House improperly passed it with a majority vote. Any Rep could have requested a point of order to correct it.
The Senate shoukd have rejected it for what it was, an improper amendment.
The Constitution knows only the impeachment of an elected officer.
The article changed the language of the Constitution and was therefore an “amendment”
Please note-the newsweek article dated 3/18/2020 references Gen. O’Shaughnessy. However he retired and General VanHerck was named as his replacement over NORTHCOM and NORAD.

I understood him to mean that the Senate voted, via a simple majority, the impeachment trial to be constitutional - where the constitution is clear about who gets impeached\tried.
(Even the CJ declined to preside over that trial.)
At that point, it should have been a matter for the courts\SCOTUS to decide.

I’m in Canada and we aren’t allowed to hear Rush. But I got turned on to his TV show (on Spokane TV) and as soon as I got online I started listening. Been a subscriber for a while and a listener nearly every day.
