A new research study finds that the drug Fenofibrate — which is used to help keep cholesterol levels low — can potentially help treat patients suffering from the coronavirus. The study, which was recently highlighted by Knowridge, relays that the coronavirus typically impacts the body’s ability to burn carbohydrates. This, in turn, causes “large amounts of fat to accumulate inside lung cells, a condition the virus needs in order to reproduce.”...
...One of the study’s authors, Professor Yaakov Nahmias, adds:
We showed that the human lungs responded to the SARS-CoV-2 virus by completely changing their metabolism, causing a major buildup of fats in lung cells. Our findings show that this unhealthy fat buildup is a critical factor in COVID-19 patient’s deterioration....

A person needs a license to say cut out refined sugars and excess carbs? But my licensed doctor says the exact same thing.
Now that does sound like medical advice.

meanwhile, former Goldman Sachs guy just took his Buffalo Bills to the playoffs when Lamar Jackson had to leave the game because of concussion protocol.
Anyone betting the over was screaming WTF? at the score at the half.
You use a 13 mg dose of ivermectin for adult (humans), right? Is this orally or iv?

That has been in the news for months.

Thanks for posting.
I take Fenofibrate along with Atorvastatin. I just got over a bout of COVID as well - was basically a mild cold in effect. Circumstantial evidence, I know. My wife does not take cholesterol meds and also had mild symptoms, so the narrative goes poof.
Call him “FICUS” (Fraudster in Chief of the United States).
Your article is horribly behind the curve on Ivermectin. Tell me why I should buy what the CDC is selling? I searched their site back in April, there are thousands of items/articles on diversity, transgenderism, and climate change. The organization is thoroughly politicized by cultural Marxists is the logical conclusion. Name 3 CDC successes on Covid, I’ll wait patiently.

I believe their analysis more than your dismissal based on CDC data from last Spring.

India has been using HCQ and Ivermectin for many months as therapeutics and for prophylaxis. Their curves are quite impressive, scroll down to see them here.

Anyone able to interpret a basic graph will be impressed. Why is this not being talked about in Western media?
Also from India:
Ziverdo Kit Contains Zinc Acetate 50 mg, Doxycycline 100 mg & Ivermectin 12 mg Dispersible Tablets. It is currently indicated in the first line treatment for COVID-19 positive patients. Quadruple Therapy with Ivermectin is effective in treating COVID-19

That’s a link to an Indian online pharmacy selling that Covid treatment kit for under $2, just add vitamin D3.
See my previous post.
I see the NIH has finally lifted its warning on ivermectin, now giving doctors “permission” to prescribe it for early treatment!
They should have done this months ago, but better late than never. Everyone who knows someone who has covid, get them to ask their doctors about ivermectin. If enough doctors prescibe it, this could save tens of thousands of lives.
Oral, typically.

I am pretty sure I have had Wuhan flu for the past five days. My stash of Amoxicillin is keeping my sinuses and lungs clear. I am prone to nasty sinus infections. It is the secondary bacterial infection that kills you with CCP virus. Amoxicillin is working for me.
It’s all about saving our fellow human beings, it tears me apart to see people use politics to keep this away unbelievable drug, and other drugs, away from those who can use it upon the first sign of symptoms. It will keep people safe and out of the hospitals.
You know, they always tell you “we need more studies to see if this is really effective”, but they never tell you that anyone has died from taking the drug.
well for goodness sakes go get tested and then demand regeneron (it’s cost-free). Regeneron is said to work wonders if it’s given early in the course of covid.
silver turns you blue and if you’re at risk of catching covid, being blue probably isn’t a good thing :)
