Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Among other things it is, is also there to spread disinformation whch creates a smoke screen for the President and his actions. It encourages people to investigate and research for themselves and to be involved in the political process.

The military has lots of different unit types, so the numbers can vary a lot from one unit to the next. (For example, an infantry unit will not have the same number of soldiers as a quartermaster unit.) If you view that graphic as being a loose approximation, then I would say that it’s fairly accurate.
