The military has lots of different unit types, so the numbers can vary a lot from one unit to the next. (For example, an infantry unit will not have the same number of soldiers as a quartermaster unit.) If you view that graphic as being a loose approximation, then I would say that it’s fairly accurate.

20,000+ troops in DC for a virtual inauguration really seems really over the top.

:48 second video, at :05 it looks as though the coils of barbed/razor wire are in the INSIDE of the fence in front of the Capitol building. Other parts are on outside of fences. I saw this retweeted by numberonepal and he said something like it looks more like keeping people IN.
