A Capitol building rioter captured in news photographs wearing full body armor and brandishing zip tie handcuffs on the floor of the Senate has been identified as a retired Air Force officer.
Larry Rendall Brock Jr., who wore a Kevlar helmet and military patches on his flak jacket during Wednesday’s U.S. Capitol siege by pro-Trump demonstrators, retired from the Air Force Reserve in 2014 as a lieutenant colonel, Air Force spokeswoman Ann Stefanek told Military.com.

Candace Owens released a video on Twitter announcing she will be suing a certified Facebook fact checker that she says has wrongfully targeted her content on the platform.

A Missouri Court of Appeals judge denied St. Louis prosecutor Kim Gardner’s appeal challenging the disqualification of her office from prosecuting Mark McCloskey.
The decision upholds Judge Thomas Clark II’s ruling from December that removed Gardner and her office from prosecuting the case after emails from Gardner showed she used the case for fundraising, according to KY3.
Friday’s ruling only applies to Mark, but attorneys for the couple are trying to have the decision also apply to Patricia McCloskey, according to the report.
Gardner is expected to appeal to the Missouri Supreme Court, according to KY3.

You put into words something I’d been thinking about but hadn’t verbalized yet. I’ve enjoyed the company (golf, bridge, social gatherings) of many people on the left who are now thrilled that Biden has been declared the winner, no matter how fraudulently it came about. I don’t see these people the same any more either.
This is somewhat life-changing and I’m not happy about it at all. I’m holding out hope that I’ll hear them say one day when we’re all together again that they didn’t know about the fraud (CNN junkies) and, of course, PDJT was the rightful winner. That’s about the only thing that could repair the damage.
