Please don't misunderstand, I'm not a 'cut and run' type.
I have always been a fighter--but we must be strategic in our warrior ways, especially when we've allowed our adversaries, that want to erase us and re-engineer us--or even disappear us!--to have gained such a strong foothold within our states, our towns, our schools, our homes--and worst--in our children's minds ( aka, the FUTURE).
It was Lenin that said I believe, something to the effect of, "You get the youth, you get the future". Hitler applied this totally as the Hitler Youth were so brainwashed they marched like single-threaded pod people ALL FOR THE STATE and their own demise.
So I'm also a pragmatic person.
Thoughts on best regions, states, areas, etc in US under current trends (next 5-8 years)? Where conservatives can expect baseline civil rights and opportunity, adequate safety, basically a reasonable 'life' where we coalesce and restrengthen?
Sorry for the gloomy tone, maybe today and tomorrow, with presentation of specific fraud on the floor of congress (FRAUD THAT FULLY 50% OF AMERICANS HAVE NEVER EVEN SEEN--HAVING BEEN TOLD BY CRIMINAL MASS MEDIA, RELENTLESSLY, MONOTONOUSLY, THAT ALL CLAIMS OF FRAUD ARE 'BASELESS'.) will give a glimmer of positivity --in the meantime--resilience requires thinking across multiple scenarios.
Thanks.
Kentucky is sided by many States.
E TN open carry, CCW permits easy to get, up in the Smokies Mtns. Don’t forget you will need to become a Prepper, guns, bows, water and filter system, food, seeds, Vehicle pre chips. Horses, chickens, meds, advanced First Aid. Read some EMP OR PANDEMIC SI-FI, gives you a good idea of what to expect. Stay away from Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga areas ..BLUE.
WA is a liberal H hole.
Instead of a wind driven turbine, how big are the streams on your property? Do they run year round or do they tend to dry up in July, August?
You might want to investigate that option prior to a wind turbine. I BELIEVE you could install a water wheel generator for much less.
Texas is full, so....no more room for interlopers, er, transplants.
And we have just seen that we don't work on boards of elections either.
A new party that we attempt from the top down simply will not work even with a charismatic leader because he will be confronted with a co-opted system that swallows good government movements The new party must be built from the ground up in school boards and in the precincts. It must start with clear thinking free of postmodernism.
Thanks
I wanna relocate right next door to Humblegunner.
Get a huge screen facing his place and post my blog everyday.
“Good morning Texas! Here’s what I think.......someone needs to mow their lawn today. Someone also needs to lose quite a few pounds too.”
West Virginia went completely red for Trump.
I have a farm in MO I will sell you...great area, low crime, good Christian folk all around.
It’s part of my late sister’s estate...she left me three homes.
One in New Mexico...a nice place but NOT a conservative bastion.
One in Illinois, I will sell you this one CHEAP...this one may end up as a total loss... 5 bedrooms, home office, backyard abuting a park with golf, playgrounds, tennis courts..etc. In a cul-de-sac where mostly professional people reside...and 2759.00/yr taxes... what a mess :-/
(But you can buy all the legal weed you desire)
And the farm in Missouri, where I reside now. Large, very LARGE house (I call it Fawlty Towers) 38 acres, 2 wells, enormous greenhouse, new barn, horse stalls, whole-house wood furnace outside, separate smallish residence included (fixer upper) fiber optic cable to the home..100mbps 1012.00/yr taxes. I want to move to a smaller place, it’s ridiculous for one guy to live in a home with 7 bedrooms and 5 baths... I heat and live in a single room.
Seriously, the MO place is a great conservative retreat...if anyone interested freepmail me.
true ... also NEVER vote for for an educator for school boards. These boards exist to represent the taxpayers of the district.
Yes, Iowa is set up like that. High vehicle personal property tax. Not sure how it’s set up but after the first 5 years of the car’s life it begins to taper off. At 10 years the cost is minimal. So better to find a reliable older vehicle if cash is tight. Unfortunately the salt used in winter rots out most vehicles before they’re 10 years old.
” thought about SD, ND, UT”
Utah has elected the very dishonorable Willard and the highly questionable Mike Lee.
South Dakota has elected the dishonorable John Thune and the recently self-outed Swamp Denizen Mike Rounds.
North Dakota did get rid of the dishonorable Heidi, so perhaps ND is OK at the moment.
It is not suspended. That is how he set up his page.
The Jerk runs deep in this one.
Presently you are defeatist, perhaps even a coward.
Rather than fight you prefer to cut and run
Oklahoma is nice, as long as you don’t mind the occasional 318 mph winds during tornado season. :-)
I expect they’ll directly come for our guns.
Remember Giap:
“Grab their belts to fight them!”
Stay. Thin their stupid unarmed herd.
They dry up. We do get great wind though. Solar could work as well in a pinch. But there isn’t enough water flow volume in the streams to supply much power, except after a few days of rain, and then only for a week or two. The rest of the time it’s either a trickle or sometimes completely dry.
The country is slowly turning purple and soon will be blue. It’s not because conservatives are not the majority (still) but because we’re constantly on the defensive and in retreat mode. Trump has shown the Republicans (not all conservatives) how to fight back but still there are traitors among us. We will NEVER reclaim the country if we’re always retreating. Need to seriously consider an offensive strategy on ALL fronts (social, academia, media, business, etc).
Conservatives do not support each other.
They do not band together to fight back.
Leftists recently took over a local town.
Attacking board members as racists.
Run the local internet paper.
Attack small businesses that disagree.
Write leftist screeds.
Run the school board.
Taking over the zoning board and others in town.
And conservatives cower.
“local school boards, that is where you can have the most immediate influence and the most long-lasting effect.”
Doubtful, but if one must be on the school board, be sure m one’s children are not enrolled in govt schools.
Far better off spending that time and energy actually teaching one’s own children
