This is not Capital Police, they were outside the barricades door along with Ashli & were handling things without shooting protesters.

I’ve always called it a “public coarseness”. Corruption has probably thrived in DC for a long time but it was mostly hidden under the rug. The Clintons were outright and upfront with it.

Because of audio quality, we have no indication if the shooter made any lawful commands to the young lady before firing.
Looks like he is wearing gloves. There should be images from the chambers to match him.
